I've had a fantastic service from EcobikeCompany. They answered all my queries promptly on chat and helped me with the cycle2work scheme info. They sent the bike incredibly quickly and whilst the Ampere instructions aren't brilliant the service I got from this company was second to none.

Sam and RC answered all my queries really quickly and patiently, I had put the horn and light cable to the throttle cable which does look like they matched but Sam sorted me recognising the correct wire was under the frame.

I've done 50 miles so far on this bike since I bought it 5 days ago and it holds a charge well, does the mileage it states and is a very pleasant cycle.

I will definitely buy from this company again, very impressed.

My new Ampere de luxe pro 17ah on holiday.
I ordered my new Ampere bike and it arrived just in time for me to take it on holiday to Norfolk with my husband and our caravan . Well I have tested it by riding 200 + miles on Norfolk's lovely lanes . Some were sandy and gritty and the bike never flinched . It ripped up hills in "Norm"and I was never truly fatigued even on 30 mile rides . I am 79 and fairly petite with RA so I'm not very strong and so the bike's lightness and responsiveness was just what I wanted . It is so powerful ! I left my husband way behind. Only slight niggle was the kickstand kept coming loose but we will sort it

I love my empere bike, it's so easy to mount with the step through, easy to ride, no more struggling up hills, i love how i can choose when i need to use the assist or not, it has a good range battery and made up of parts you can trust making cycling enjoyable once again

Purchased an Ampere deluxe pro as an upgrade from my previous bike. The Eco Bike Company really are excellent, fast responses, able to deal with questions quickly and make the whole process incredibly easy. Not the first purchase from them and won't be the last!

Bought a Neomouv Adonis 2 years ago, first ride back tyre blew out, when i looked at the handbook there was a weight limit of 120 KG including the rider and the bike, before buying i had stated my height and weight and told it was fine! I was over this limit so i phoned them and they said it was a mistake and the handbook was wrong, i should have insisted on a refund then but they persuaded me i needed a tyre upgrade and anti puncture material putting in. The bike worked ok but after 2 years now the battery is failing after only 760 miles! they say i'm out of warranty and do not want to know! There was a gap of a few weeks before i got the bike back and was able to use the bike for the first time properly so i should be still in warranty, i am taking legal advice luckily i still have all the emails, they have ended the conversation because they do not want to replace the battery.....Very bad

First a tire blew out in the first ride customer service was really helpful, second the rack on the back broke off and I'm an old man that rides conservatively and on a paved bike path, third the accelerator decides to work by itself first time was scary and dangerous and last the battery charge post came loose inside the battery and the couldn't help, basically the bike was great for fleeting moments I would stay far away from this product only plus is the customer service tried at first, never have been so disappointed with a purchase in my 67 years

Excellent response to queries resulting in a correct choice of bike, efficient processing of order and priority delivery resulted in a birthday surprise for my partner. Service exceptional and bike chosen is proving a hit after the first few rides.

Ampere de Luxe in the Highlands of Scotland
I am an elderly lady used to Dutch bikes in the past.
After months of research, I found the Ampere de Luxe e-bike. As I live in the Highlands of Scotland, I had a few questions about the rough terrain I would cycle on. After having sent pictures of the terrain, the initial service and advice from Eco bike personnel have been excellent. Delivery was within 2 days, very well packed. The bike rides very well in the hills, tires are good, step through / low instep works perfect.
The instructions were not adequate for me, after having sent an email, I had an immediate response, very impressed with this service, 5*! Thank you to all staff, amazing

I am very pleased with my new Ampere deluxe ebike. It is a perfect size for me, rides well and handles hills perfectly with just the right assistance. The addition of adding a throttle helps with starting off on a hill start to get across a busy road. The company's customer service was very helpful, especially as the instructions with the bike just need a few extra guides. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought a folding EVBike and it’s exceeded all my expectations. It’s a solid piece of kit, and really easy on eye.
It’s relatively easy to fold and cart up to my first floor flat. The ride is easy, the gears system works seamlessly. Love it.

I got an e-bike using a cycle to work scheme. The EcoBike representatives could not have been more helpful, explaining the process, providing very clear information on when the order would arrive and answering all my questions/responding very promptly.

Yes, loving the bike, and have used it to clock some miles up for a fundraising project I.completed. The 100 miles I completed was a mixture of walking and cycling....a most enjoyable project.

Just at the moment it is a bit cold, wet, and slippery to go out on the bike

Ecobike were so helpful when I wanted to purchase a bike using my work's Cycle to Work Scheme. I didn't find the scheme that intuitive. I found a bike at another shop but I couldn't purchase it as it wasn't their own bike. So I had to start again. So I found Ecobike had the same bike (I was working within a budget), they made sure the bike was in stock for me and price matched the bike....then they were very patient as it took a little time for my certificate to come through. Delivery was very swift from the time I sent them my Cycle to work certificate. So far I am very pleased with my bike and I am getting used to it! It makes going up the hills in my area so much easier! I wish I had done it earlier. Thank you very much!

I am 5ft and 64 so small and challenged in the going up hills department. So I gave away my mountain bike and searched for foldable electric assisted (no throttle) lightweight bike! Bingo! E-go from Eco Bike company hits the spot. Easy to use, 5 assist levels and hills are a dream, no more getting off! Early days but all good so far.

I did a bit of research before I purchased the bike, but like most things you read on reviews a large bag of salt should be kept handy, there was one small things that had to be sorted ie, back brake in the UK is normaly operated from right hand lever, which is hardely worth mentioning, the reason being the help recieved from support was exelent. The bike was great to ride, an exelent decision really glad I chose this one
