Fantastic customer service. I wasn't 100% certain what I wanted to get my fiancé, turns out I don't really know a lot about what makes a good diamond. Steve helped fill me in and helped me to choose the best diamond. We went through the pros and cons of mined diamonds and lab diamonds and I was 100% convinced a lab diamond was the way to go. I was able to get a much better and bigger diamond that was ethically sourced (really pleased my finance when she found out her ring is environmentally friendly). Completely magnificent customer experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for beautiful jewellery with an ethical background, look no further. I honestly expected to pay much more for the beautiful engagement ring and wedding band I purchased. Steve was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable when helping me create a custom piece.
