I had an prepaid parcel, they didn't bother to deliver one week after reaching in my hometown. somehow manage to find the Partner facility and personally collected, the reason they said their deliver boys hesitate to deliver because its a little long component. the second parcel since three days they are sitting on it,

I am beyond frustrated with Ecom Express Pvt Ltd. My product, which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd November, is still undelivered as of today. This kind of delay is absolutely unacceptable and reflects their third-class service standards.
Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for timely delivery is appalling. I’ve waited patiently, but it seems like they have no intention of honoring their commitments. To add to the misery, there’s no proactive communication or updates from their side.
This experience has been nothing short of pathetic, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services. Companies that cannot respect their customers’ time have no place in today’s competitive market.
1/5 stars – only because I can’t give zero.

These type of fake and scam services should be reported immediately to the consumer helpline. They take the products but doesn't update to the online shopping services such as Flipkart etc.. due to which we don't get any refund

This is Gowsalya. My Order should be delivered by 20th November but i didn't get my parcel till now! Actually I made a call to delivery partner on Nov 20th to give it to our security guard they said "okey" but cancel the delivery due to not giving OTP. The very Next day My product is out for delivery but not delivered also the delivery boy didn't called even a single time i made a call but they didn't answered also it showed like "I refused the delivery" after that I got mesg like My order will be delivered by today but i didn't get even a single update regarding my order. It's 23 Nov I don't know how many days i have to wait for my order! I can't even contact customer support!
Ecom Express Private Limited is a FRAUD
Ecom Express Private Limited is a bunch of crooks, they are operating unethically and delivering useless products to the consumers through hand in gloves arrangements with fraud suppliers just to make fast and easy money at the cost of consumers sufferings. I have experienced it myself and now planning to expose their scam by approaching to the appropriate authorities and forums.

my parcel was not delivered as scheduled. Upon reviewing the situation, I was advised that the reason for non-delivery was incorrectly stated. The local branch informed me that the parcel could not be delivered due to its heavy weight, and instead, I was instructed to collect the material myself.

Poor service from ooty ecom express branch
This is my second bad experice with ecom express in ooty ,I have ordered a product in first cry for my kid which has to be delivered today on 7th of Nov which is showing has out for delivery from last 2 days .I have got a message with opt and number to call and chcek for the delivery status where no body answers my call and the call is been
disconnected got a whatsapp mesage saying I have refused the order but this was not correct. They did not make a attempt to deliver my product and the DC mangers is asking sorry for not delivering , but sorry does not make sense when ur failed to fulfill the customer need when ur into a customer

One of the worst courier company
One of the worst courier company. They don’t attempt to deliver the product and provide incorrect status. The product delivery has not been attempted for 4 days and then they blame it on the customer. Kindly do not use this courier company
No customer support in any way
I sent 2 cash on delivery parcels last month. Parcels delivered but the cash collected has not been transferred to me yet. Its over 1 month and no customer support number, steriotype fixed replies to each email so no idea what to do.
2] I have deposited Rs.1500 to the Ecom wallet and I m unable to book courier showing some error. But no customer service number to ask and emails get fixed steriotype replies.

Hey, I don’t know if this message will reach out to any point or not but i just want to say the service is disgusting i mean it’s been 14 days and everyday in the morning it shows out for delivery but later after few hours they put the order in exception i mean listen if you don’t want to deliver the parcel shut this service or correct your ways it maybe not a matter of concern for this company but customer faces a lot of difficulties waiting for their orders for so many days.
Even international orders don’t take that much time. I would rate this agency below zero if I could.

A Nightmare Delivery Experience
I'm writing this review to warn potential customers about the abysmal service provided by Ecom Express. My recent experiences with this delivery service have been nothing short of disastrous.
I ordered a product from Flipkart on October 4th, with an estimated delivery time of one week. Ecom Express, the assigned delivery partner, immediately proved to be unreliable. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and for over four days, the status simply read "Out for Delivery" without any accompanying notifications or calls from the delivery boy.
After a frustrating wait of over 20 days, I contacted customer service, only to be informed that the delivery boy had "forgotten" the package at the office and it would be delivered the next day. However, the same thing happened again. Ecom Express continued to make false promises and provide misleading updates.
To my utter disbelief, I was eventually told that my package had been canceled and returned to Flipkart. By this time, the product's price had increased, preventing me from placing a new order.
This is not an isolated incident. I had a similar experience with a COD order from Flipkart. Ecom Express marked the delivery as complete without any prior notification or delivery attempt. When I contacted customer service, they suggested I check with my neighbors, implying that the package had been delivered to the wrong address. This irresponsible behavior resulted in me having to order the product again, with no guarantee of successful delivery.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Ecom Express at all costs. Their unreliable service, poor communication, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make them a company to be wary of. Don't risk your hard-earned money and valuable time by entrusting your deliveries to this incompetent organization.
