Even during the hectic holiday season, Ecom Express managed to deliver all my packages right on time. Their efficiency during peak times is truly impressive.

I wish there was option for negative review. No one called or came home for return pick up for Myntra oder. Myntra arranged return again and same story again. Don't even pick up call. Worst of worst service.

Worst ever courier service. Strict action should be taken against these guys.. Someone should complain to consumer forum. I have called multiple times delivery person is not picking up the call. I had my heart medicines in the percel. It's been 12 days and still the percel didn't get delivered. Horrible horrible service. I am going to sue this guys in court now.

I ordered shoes from myntra delivery partner ECOM EXPRESS.
Worst experience that never faced before.from Last15 days thay still menupulating me for my parcel.
Still not receive my parcel complained somany times in the office of ECOM EXPRESS in old city hyderabad.(office code HYO) but no responce from the staff.
Very unprofessional behaviour.

Worst courier service with poor support

Worst service, their pickup team is not in their control. They dont pick the package for 2-3 days. Literally you cant expect your business to thrive with Ecom express as your logistics partner.

Also, the worst part, the cx team will call you multiple times to understand why you are not doing business with them.... even after multiple explanations their team is not interested to listen and implement.

In a snapshot, stay away from Ecom Express

Worst courier service with poor support. Staff is very rude.

Worst delivery service, delivery person calling to collect parcel from other location of his convinence and also not delivering to flat, telling to collect from security.
And when told him that i will complain he said no issue you can complain
This shows overall irresponsible behavior of company as an whole.

Delivery boy behaviour is too rude and doesn't know how to talk to customer. There is proper address is given after that also he get confused and because of misconceptions it's not his right to correct me or talk to me in rude way during delivery

They would falsely message that you were not available at the address when they dint even try......
Happened 3 times with me....
Worst delivery service in town

Delivery boy told me to complain anywhere but I will not deliver at your home. I told him if you can't come to my home then come near upto 200 meters to my home I will collect it but he refused

Bohot hi ghatiya experience raha he ek shipment ke liye 1 mahina laga diya he or abhi bhi delivery nhi hui he unke delivery incharge "Himanshu Nerkar" bilkul bhi apne kaam ko lekar serious nahi he pichhle ek hafte se wo bol rahe he aaj ho jaega kal ho jaega koi professionalism nahi he, mene itne baar products bulwaye he but itna pareshan me kabhi nahi hui hu, bina koi call kiye ye log parcel cancel kar dete he

Careless courier company.. item delyed, agents of this company is very uneducated..

Ecom express staff is too careless and rude with the customers.and having no manner of service.the person who doesnt know the spell of process is the senior staff in ecom express.He wrote the spell as proses🤣@meesho if you are hiring such people in your establishment then you are destroying your own brand value....cause of these type of people!!having very bad experience with meesho ecom express service!!!

I had the worst courier service experience ever. I ordered a product from a micro-brand; the product arrived at the courier service office, and the employees there refused to deliver it. When I called them (even though it took several efforts), they made excuses by telling me that we will definitely give the merchandise tomorrow, (next day, again tomorrow) and what they did was pathetic; they kept it in the office and allowed auto return after a few days. If you are unable to provide the product, why are you accepting orders? Worst experience. I will never use you as a courier service
