HA! Showed up on my Google homepage news feed. The title got me in just enough to visit the page, then about 5 seconds into reading the article my BS sense started tingling and I googled the reputation of the site. They are unanimously confirmed TRASH.

Glad to have spent more time composing this review than on the actual page.
