I wasn’t sent any updates on my order
I wasn’t sent any updates on my order, which ment that a delivery driver turned up at my house unexpectedly and because I wasn’t in and hadn’t been able to request that it was left else where the driver refused and returned the package to his depot. This caused a 2 day delay of receiving my order and wasn’t able to take my boots on deployment

Good Morning, Allan. We are sorry you feel disappointed. We dispatched your Salomons the day after your order came in at 6.45 pm. Parcelforce have tried to deliver to you 3 times without success. They say they left a card because it was returned to the depo, and would like you to contact them to arrange a redelivery. We will email you the tracking history and contact details for you to rearrange delivery. We have a good working relationship with Parcelforce, but some things are unfortunately out of our control
