Educational Toys shipped to wrong…
Educational Toys shipped to wrong address, ignored all phone calls and emails. I've had to chase the courier myself to try to recitify, but still no delivery or response. Extremely poor.
Post your response - I have been in touch and customer service has denied using the wrong address despite me sending a photo of the package, compete with original label and then parcelforce's updated label with the correct address...

Resposta da Educational Toys
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially during the holiday season.
Due to the busy Christmas period and reduced staffing, our response times have been slower than usual. However, this does not excuse the lack of communication you’ve encountered, and we deeply regret that you had to chase the courier yourself.
If you haven't already, please email care@educationaltoys.co.uk and a member of a team will get back to you asap.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Great Tuff Tray

Well made and robust
Well made and robust, these carousel bells are a bit shrill, I was hoping for bigger bells like some I bought at ed of 20th century end of last century).

Great customer service
We have bought several items from Educational toys over the past couple of years. The quality of the toys (especially the wooden toys) is excellent and exactly what we needed for our Nursery children. They arrived on time and were exactly as described and definitely good value. Unfortunately one of the items arrived missing parts from the box a call and follow up email to the customer care support was quickly followed up by Aimee and a replacement sent out - great customer service, thank you.

A very well-packed and promptly delivered purchase.
The two Bilibo toys we have bought for our grandchildren have gone down really well. It is a physical toy that they can use indoors; it's great fun and they can use their imaginations to decide whether it is a shell, a stepping stone or a seat, or something else altogether. Great fun!

Great products, great service
I discovered Educational Tiys and hen I was searching for a Hoberman Sphere. There are plenty of cheap copies available online but Educational Toys stock the originals and at a good price.
I was not disappointed. Easy to place an order. Good communication regarding delivery. It arrived in good time. And the sphere is well made.
I’ll order the larger one in future.
Highly recommend Educational Toys

The shelves were difficult to fit into the frame - I had to use a screwdriver to lever them in. The shelves do not hang very evenly i.e. the gap between some shelves is a bit narrow. Delivery came on time.
