Ahhh damnit this is a SCAM!!! Don’t trust Edu Quest. Any chance of getting my money back??? I paid for four books and haven’t received tracking update nor the books. It’s been two months… will books ever arrive??? Customer service terrible.

I bought a product through Instagram. They sent me an order number, but the product never came. When I tried to contact them, it said the "page is no longer valid." I have tried multiple times to reach them to no avail. Seems like this is a complete scam.

f I could give zero stars I would. Same as everyone else - Eduquestkids was dodgy from the start. I probably won't ever trust 'Shop' either as they are no help and their systems don't work well either. Can't even submit an issue report! Eduquestkids didn't send a tracking number, then sent a fake one, then apologised and said there was technical difficulties and then as soon as I said I didn't trust their company and wanted a full refund they ceased replying to my emails. Nasty humans.

There is no zero to rate this. Ordered book in May never got it. It is a scam and every time I try to contact them they say it’s been fulfilled but there’s a tech problem. I continued to get ads from them. This is a SCAM

I ordered at end May - never delivered and tracking number doesnt work - I emailed them and they responded saying it has been fullfilled and there was a technical problem with the tracking details - SF6047579361310 tracking number says it is waiting for collection. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have reached out to this company several times since I placed my order. They made some excuse about a technical fault and the tracking number not being available. I have contacted them since then and have not heard back. Don't use this company

This store-front "EDUQUESTKIDS" falls under a company called CB COMMERCE LLC which is supposedly located in Sheridan, WY. The phone number (226-877-0558) cannot be completed as dialed according to Verizon so I'm thinking it has been shut off.

Placed an order for over $105 on May 10 for my grandchildren as the products were rather interesting. Tracking link that was rec'd May 28 did not work. After doing a deep dive on their website, they mention who they use for shipping. Googled the carrier "YUN EXPRESS" to search the tracking number and it brings you to another site called "PARCEL MONITOR". The result of that search was "PENDING" and they wanted information to contact you once the search was complete. Yeah, no!

I was led to believe that the products would be shipped from a US warehouse to me in NJ but the tracking was from China. I have sent several emails with no response. I will be filing a claim with my bank now and it will probably take months before I see my money. This was a scam pure and simple.

I’m agree. I ordered in May. I am on my third email and still no information Unfortunately I used Apple Pay so I am put the money. I have now vowed to order nothing from Facebook adds anymore.

From the moment I ordered from this 'company' it was nothing but issues. Tracking info was broke from the start, customer service was an absolute joke when trying to get things figured out. After over a month of hassle and run around, I requested a refund and cancelation of my order. From the moment I mentioned a refund, the 'customer service' went dark and refused to answer my emails. Had to go through my bank directly and start a full dispute against this company to get my money back. Would NOT recommend trying to get a single thing from EduQuest, its a scam/fraud of a company.

Ordered in May, never received the tracking or the book. One email has been answered assuring me the situation will be resolved with their factory. It hasn't no further correspondence is answered. No delivery and no refund. Obviously it is a scam

DO NOT USE! This is apparently a scam. Ordered a book on May 17. Website stated that these were US made in US shipped, however, I receive tracking three weeks later on a Chinaa company with a tracking number that does not work. I sent an email the response was we apologize for the delay however, your money is safe with us and you will receive your product. I replied back asking when I would receive my product no answer. I’ve sent two more emails. No answer now I will file a complaint with the FTC and go to battle with my credit card company to get my money back.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS OR YOU’LL JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY. I placed an order 5+ weeks ago, got a confirmation, never got a shipping notification even after several emails. Now I’ll have to deal with my credit card company. Eduquestkids is a rip off!

Looks like I should have checked here before ordering, have had the same experience with something wrong with tracking. Now when I go to check my order it's gone.

Will try and claw money back through my bank now.

Ordered. Never received. It’s been weeks and weeks. Said their tracking system as down so they couldn’t see where my book was. Then next email they said they will be shipping it in 1-2 days. At the end of all their emails they say May God Bless You. That should have raised my concerns. I’ve emailed them letting them know they won’t be going to heaven. Makes me so mad that there are people that just rip you off but more mad at myself for falling for it.

These are homemade books with multiple grammar and printing errors. They are definitely not published in the USA. Do not waste your money.

Ordered in May 2026. Sent them an e-mail 2 days ago. No reply and no books as yet. Just lost $200

Completely untrustworthy. - PURCHASE AT OWN RISK

Having placed an order in May i emailed to find out when it would arrive 3 weeks later in early June. It's been sent was the best they could do however the tracking number provided showed nothing. It couldn't be found.
Querying this, they assured me it was sent and would get back to me in 24 hours with the correct tracking number - still nothing a week later.
So far they have insisted the item is sent but wont provide a tracking number and wont provide a refund.
At this point, i can only assume its vapourware and the company if fraudulent in its dealings.

My order never arrived.

After placing my order, I received several false delivery notices and repeated emails saying the company was small and apologising, assuring me that the item was on its way. However, it never arrived.

After several attempts to contact the company, I was told the item had either not been posted or was “lost”. I was then given another tracking number, which also appears to be false or inactive.

I have requested a refund several times, but this has still not been resolved. It has now been eight weeks since I placed the order, and I still have no item, no genuine tracking information, and no refund.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication.
