I got item does not work.(order#6B818BBB8B) When I report the problem customer service reply quick same day or two. But few answers from different name makes little confused. It seems like a programed AI feedback system., not addressing any real issues. The efficiency of returning problematic products is significantly lower than Tumu's.(Temu typically confirms the return process is complete and free shipping voucher within 2 minutes of clicking on feedback or requesting a return.) I am ordered approximately 200-250 items from Temu since 2025. In particular, your 30day return period and efficiency are disproportionately low compared to Temu's 90-day period and efficiency, making customers very hesitant to reorder. I fact, warnings about my order appeared online when I placed my order at your web.

Placed the order and provided my credit card information before they showed the bill. When the bill showed up on the screen, they had added a charge for the guarantee and the price shown for the product was higher than they had advertised. I call the customer service and, what I think was an AI -VICTOR- told me that the order had been placed and that the item was shipped. So, it could not be canceled. My credit card was charged within minutes after the purchase. It is now three weeks and the product is shown as not having been shipped yet! It is a scam. I will report it to the BBB since a careful read of even the 5-star reviews does not praise the product. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

Ordering was confusing and there was no way to change once ordered. I emailed immediately and got a customer service person who said there was nothing to do because the product was already being shipped. It arrived almost 3 weeks later. Very poor quality materials with no instructions. No way to attach it to a hose. Appears to be a scam.
