AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Extremely unprofessional and rude. Deidre who is the owner seems to think she can speak to people like **** and when I asked to speak to somebody else, she laughed and said she is the boss. I threatened to make a complaint which she also thought was funny. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Awesome
Edwards and co assisted me in finding a tennant for my rental house in Caerphilly. They were very professional and found someone within a week. I did not intend using them as my letting agents but they were so professional courteous and knowledgeable about the rental market I felt it better to leave it to them,the experts. A great team at Edwards and co and can’t reccomend them highly enough.

We were impressed with the service from …
We were impressed with the service from Edwards & Co, and I do believe they got a good price for our house and sold it fast. They were very professional in their dealings with us and were supportive through the process. On the negative side, sometimes their communication was not so good, especially as the process went on and became more complicated in terms of the chain involved. I did not feel we, or our solicitor, were always kept fully informed.

Simon works so hard every day to prove that, as an Industry we can be different and that we work hard for our vendors every time - its one of the main reasons that we set up this business. It is especially hard when there is a long chain involved and Simon has a special knack of holding things together through the whole chain by using basic common sense and communicating with the whole chain and their (sometimes tricky) solicitors.
He will love this review but as usual he is out working hard to promote our business at new valuations.

Selling a house is never easy but these guys really help to make it as bearable as possible! Polite, friendly and helpful they were always as good as their word and even though we were selling in the immediate after effects of Brexit they got us there without too much of a hold up. Throughly recommended.

All the wonderful folk in Edwards & Co, that helped me through the sale of our house, made what was, for me, a very emotional and drawn out process almost funny at times! I found Edwards & Co to be very professional. Simon carried out a valuation of my mum's house for probate purposes and then they marketed it a few months later and sold it on the first day of viewings. They were all friendly and helpful and were kind to me during a difficult time for me. I was very happy with the service I received.

Friendly Family run Company
I chose Edwards & Co as they were a family run business and really wanted to sell my property for the best possible price.
Very Friendly staff and always helpful. Came to every viewing with prospective buyers. Really complimentary of the house. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property.
