We bought our new property in Chester through Fearnalls and dealt primarily with Annie and Richard.
Our interactions with Fearnalls throughout the purchase were limited as we mainly dealt with our solicitor however, as and when we needed Fearnall’s assistance, they were helpful and responsive. The moving in box that we were given when picking up the keys was a nice touch and much appreciated.
All in all, Fearnalls carried out their duties as an estate agent well and helped our purchase go through smoothly.

I have just sold my house through Fearnalls, and have been very pleased with the service provided. They work very efficiently as a team and I had very positive dealings with Tom F, Annie, Tom and then Richard. I should also mention that the photographs and videos captured the feel of our home really well. We sold very quickly with eight offers, which were managed professionally. The sale was kept on track and we completed it within a few months. It all went just as we hoped and I would certainly use Fearnalls again.

Fearnals gave a free valuation when intially it was for probate. They gave good advice, and did exactly what they said they would, kept me informed and all was concluded quickly.

I was really impressed by Tom's professionalism.

As a buyer, you can often feel pressured by the estate agents but this was not the case. Tom maintained the perfect balance of contact, enough to progress the sale but not put me off buying the house.

When we collected the keys there was no-one from Fearnalls there due to a prior arrangememnt but seamless arrangements had been made for us, along with a much appreciated gift box containing some choccies, beer and some useful vouchers.

I will definitely be recommending Tom & his team to anyone selling, and will be using them for my next sale.
