Lack of Customer Service
I attempted to purchase a product through this website. On the site, it states 24/7 customer support and instant answers through its chat options- NO, it doesn’t offer this! I wanted to find out about a discount offer I was sent which was not working in checkout, which had no conditions attached, and when someone finally did respond, I was told there was a condition, then when I queried further, yet another condition. Then, no further response. Luckily, I read the other reviews here and decided not to purchase through this company because if this is the ‘customer service’ before I even buy, goodness knows what it would be if there was a problem with something I actually did buy!

I liked the finished product (foldable dining table with storgage area), but I must say the instructions on how to assemble were not very clear and it took a very long time to assemble. Instructions need to be a bit more understable, especially if you are not very good and assembling work. Other than that I am happy with the product. I would have rated higher apart from that.
Mobility Scooter is GARBAGE
Bought a mobility scooter for my mum.
Arrived missing a bunch of parts to secure the front wheel and battery/wiring loom.
Went in circles with their garbage customer service for 2 months before having to submit a chargeback and report to consumer affairs.

The product was totally unusable because it was falsely advertised as 37cm depth but was on reality only 30cm. Shoes don’t fit. Service was horrible. Bunting short of a full refund is fraud. Horrible experience.

1. No guidance on how the Speedo works or how I can turn it on , can only see a battery 🔋 level .
2. No detail on the Warranty I paid for & what I covers
3. No Catalogue on email or online to purchase spare parts eg. Tyres
4. No guidance on how to do repairs
5. No Referral programme as I have about 5 people that wish to buy however I’ve said I have issues just wait & see how they are resolved .
6. These electric ride on Vehicles can be registered in Qld with a form I’ve found out, no guidance or help
7. Any problem I’ve had has been met with a Closed door 🚪 & pass the buck solution rather than try this .

Shocking customer scooter scooter nearly set on fire
Shocking customer service will not replace electrical scooter after the charger wires inside the scooter burnt and broke the scooter, fire risk no customer support they just ignore emails, next step is to go legal.
AVOID $3550 MISTAKE AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
I am a home care provider and I have never experienced such unprofessional and negligent conduct from a supplier. We purchased a mobility scooter for $3,550 for a client who relies on this equipment for their basic quality of life.
When the unit failed and was taken for a warranty assessment on 26/03/2026, the communication completely stopped. I was promised an immediate update, yet days later, I was told a technician hadn't even looked at it. They effectively held both our money and our client's essential mobility equipment while providing zero solutions.
It was only when I began the formal process of lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading that a refund was suddenly issued. If you are a provider or a family looking for reliable medical equipment, stay far away from Eeeza Homes. They have shown a total disregard for the health and safety of the seniors they claim to support. Absolute failure of service and zero accountability.

Delivery was as expected, the E Scooter is exceptionally good. I live stability and seated ride position. Overall an excellent online experience.

Kitchen Cabinet
Delivery was fast. Communications with admin and delivery man was very good and very accessible.
Product: If you are used to Ikea or Kmart packages - this cabinet is not up to those ones. The holes that holds the cabinet door is smaller than the swivel that is attached to the cabinet door... hence I spent a lot of time trying to make the hole bigger so the swivel can fit in and I can fix the door.
Product is made not to last. It does feel light weighted and easily broken.
Colour and size is as per picture.
