Effective Home Solar Panel installation
Georgia and Michaela were quick to respond to my requests and were very helpful. Behind the scenes Amelia was prompt and efficient and Barbara was reassuring and responsive to my needs.
Communication and coordination within the organisation seemed lacking however. Installation contractors were left waiting and scaffolding teams were mislead and confused. As a customer I was left waiting and reached out for customer support on more than one occasion.

Installation completed. Service well received and communication was excellent. More than happy with the installation guys who recommended a work around of the initial install that would not have been the best. I took their advice and more than happy with the final result.

This company has been very helpful with the initial installation & for subsequent queries.
I had changed broadband supplier so my wi-fi for my solar panels & battery needed changing to the new network. I rang Effective Homes who installed the system & spoke to a very helpful lady called Mickiela who sent me a link to connect to the router & change the network which I did successfully.

Brilliant experience
Alistair from the survey was brilliant and a permanent point of contact for any questions - naturally more arise post survey and he was fantastic and always got back to me. The G99 took around 4 weeks as expected but no chasing from me involved, as soon as it was back EH was in contact to book the install. Installers were also fantastic lads and such an easy and positive experience from start to finish.

Customer service excellent and pricing competitive
We didn’t end up proceeding on this occasion, but I wanted to leave a review specifically for Alan at Effective Home.
Alan was excellent to deal with from start to finish - clear, knowledgeable, and refreshingly straightforward. There was no pressure at any point, the advice felt honest, and the pricing was fair and transparent.
Even though we ultimately went in a different direction, the experience itself was very positive and left a great impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to speak to Alan again in future or recommend him to others.
