Really impressed, I called to book, the phone was swiftly answered by a friendly and competent lady who explained the process. My tenant then arranged an appointment and that was that, all done for another 5 years and all at a great price.

EHE is so friendly and professional to carry out gas safety and electrical inspection for my house. Excellent customer services and just excellent ! Highly recommended to anybody who want worry free services. 5A+ company !!

I was recommended to use Efficient Home Energy by the Estate Agent who I will be renting my property through. I can understand why. From the initial (intuitive and easy) website portal where I first booked my assessment, through to the follow up electrical remedial works were done, the team have been nothing short of being super helpful. Excellent communication over email and on the ‘phone. Clear costing breakdown and speedy turnaround on certificate provision. Fantastic and professional engineers onsite too, who all did an excellent job - with a shoutout to Ervis, for the key piece of work that needed doing. Thank you!

3rd years using EHE (last time was 7Jan 2026) and they’ve always been very professional, polite and provided a quick excellent service. The service guys have all been different but all have always come early and are pleasant. EHE also issue me with appropriate gas safety and service certificates electronically on the same day. I don’t have to chase them and I fund their prices competitive!

We are all wary of contacting cold but they were brilliant.

Firstly they are cheap (my usual electrician wanted exactly 3 times the 99 quid they offered.

Ok you gotta factor in the extra cost if it fails - which it did - A dodgy socket that me tenant had siliconed over. So im thinking this is gonna cause a problem - I fix it and then re-inspect. What if it fails again?

But they said they'd fix it AND certify for 150 quid so im still ahead. And it was a peculiar job - a problem with the screws into the backing box were very non standard so Im glad they took the responsibility! (Thanks Etan!)

Really happy with the EPC service for my London flat. The assessor was friendly, on time, and made everything super easy. Didn’t take long at all, and I got the certificate back quickly too.

Very efficient, quick and reliable!

We had 4 air conditioning units installed last year. The installer Alex was very helpful tidy and polite. I have just booked my first years service online, reasonable pricing and ultra efficient.

Fantastic company to deal with. I have used them for 8 years and every time the service has been amazing. I have had my EICR, gas certificate, pat testing and fire alarm certificates done every year. I would highly recommend them. Sapphire has been very helpful with the bookings.

Very pleased with the service. The price was very reasonable compared with other quotes I received, and they came across as honest and straightforward throughout. They did not try to add unnecessary work or charges, which I really appreciated. Reliable, professional, and good value for money. I would happily use them again.

If you are looking for a company that genuinely values its customers, this would not be my recommendation.

Very poor customer care, particularly concerning for vulnerable or elderly customers.
If this is how they handle a simple scheduling conversation, I would be genuinely concerned about how they treat people who are less confident or more vulnerable.
The technicians themselves were polite and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was undermined by the phone reception.
I had a scheduled appointment and called in advance to flag a potential 30-minute timing issue within the 4-hour window due to an unexpected commitment. I was not cancelling, simply asking if there was any flexibility.
Instead of attempting to find a solution, the receptionist handled the situation with limited flexibility and poor judgement, showing little willingness to understand or resolve a straightforward request. I was immediately warned about a £50 charge. The tone quickly became confrontational, and the call ended abruptly when the receptionist hung up.
We ultimately had to make last-minute arrangements to accommodate the visit, but leading with threats rather than solutions was unnecessary and left a poor impression.
Customer service should prioritise problem-solving, not escalation.

They were very helpful in arranging a suitable visit time, their engineer arrived on time and was very helpful in gaining access when the tenant had let him down. The EPC was done quickly and efficiently at a very reasoble cost.

After a EICR unsatisfactory, which is acceptable, the proposed solution was a very disruptive and costly remedial work in the property. A different firm solved the issue with a more effective a cheap work.

Thanks for coming to do my property's certification however it would be useful to have a specific time when your engineer was coming than waste half of the day.
