The guys were really respectful and friendly. The job looks good to me, they've bent over backwards to accommodate me.
What more can I ask. Only, it would have been nice if they had done it for free. Ha ha

The quotation to remove the open cell foam from my loft was very competitive. The work was carried out in a very efficient manner, on schedule and I was kept fully updated with progress. I was impressed with the final result. Since the work was completed, I have had a couple of queries (regarding the installation carried out by another company) and EHAC have been extremely helpful in dealing with these queries.

Such hard workers!
I unfortunately had to have my loft spray foam removed due to the new legislation that’s out. My loft is particularly tight and the lads had to remove every inch by hand! They were very careful, a lot of damage can occur if not done properly. They carried out a full removal with very few repairs needed thanks to their patience and diligence.
They were so polite and told me how they were progressing with regular updates. I 100% recommend this company. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service I got from this company. They were hard working, showed up on time, got on with the job (taking off spray foam from roof space) and cleaned up when they finished at the end of the day.

Men were polite and they cleaned up afterwards.

They even vacuumed the stairs

We were told the job could take 3 days and then had a call to say it could be longer but it was all done in a day

Satisfied
I found EHEA through a foam removal advice services company. So no cold calling no pressure to act.
Shakira-Mirie was polite, efficient, professional and friendly.
The crew that removed the foam were hard working and did a great job. They were clean and tidy. Also polite and friendly they did not put me under any pressure at all.

Had to have Spray Foam removed for a house sale, EHEA were superb, from the first phone call to the follow up call after completion. Shakira was friendly and very efficient on the calls, explaining everything through for us, and the guys that did the job, were amazing. spending over 10 hours stuck in a loft in hot conditions to remove that awful stuff, can't praise them enough. If you need this job doing, I cannot recommend EHEA highly enough.

We had a great experience with EHEA. They were very helpful prior to installation explaining what would be done and to arrange the job. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and got straight to work. The removal of the old insulation was a little more complicated than they originally anticipated, running over the time they had planned but they came back the next day to suit our schedule. Both days they cleaned up completely after themselves before leaving. The team was very friendly, and hard working.

EHEA have been fantastic to work with. From the start they were both very friendly and helpful. They provided thorough detail of the work involved with the installation of superfoil. When installation day came, the team arrived promptly and introduced themselves and kindly talked us through the process. Each member of the team was friendly and polite through out, keeping us informed of the progress as the installation came along.

As a bonus, at the end of the day they left the place cleaner than when they arrived.

Couldn’t recommend working with EHEA more, they are polite, friendly, detail orientated and provide you with simple to understand explanations. If you’re looking to improve the energy efficiency of your house, EHEA is the company to call.

Had a bad experience previously, the company assured me that my problems could be repaired and then the Superfoil could be installed. The team arrived introduced themselves explained the work schedule, suited up ,dust sheets down and then got to work. They kept the house clean throughout and frequently showed me their work. They were very polite and informative.could not fault them at all and their standard of work was excellent. Nothing but praise and I would recommend them to anyone. Well Done

The team arrived promptly both days.Set up was very efficient.Worked both days very industriously. No disruption to ourselves both days.A clean job-obviously a little dust but all was cleaned up at the end of both days.A team worth retaining and well worth praising. Thank you Joe Throughout the job .Robert looked after the Admin and nothing was too much trouble- paperwork, advice and reassurance.

The team responded very well to a challenging project. We appreciated how Sam went out of his way to keep us well informed throughout. They were very polite and careful to leave things clean and tidy each day after working. We have every confidence in recommending them.

The men turned up on time, they were polite and pleasant, did a fantastic job, left the house clean and tidy,
Great work.
Thank you Efficent Homes.

On arrival Joe the Team Leader assessed the process necessary to remove the foam from our loft and informed us of the procedure necessary to do this. The team were very polite, friendly and very hardworking. They carried out the removal of the foam with no inconvenience to us, they removed the bags of foam and hovered the loft and hallway on completion of the removal.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Sam was in charge - very professional, making sure everything was done correctly. The 2 young men worked extremely hard. All were very polite and didn't make any mess.

The spray foam removal from our loft turned out to be quite a challenge. After an assessment of the job by Sam he explained exactly what was going to happen. Sam and his young team carried out a very thorough removal of the foam - getting into places that I couldn’t imagine would be possible
Sam talked us through the process and kept us informed at every stage
The guys were polite and respectful to our property and cleaned up the mess very well
I have no hesitation in recommending this company they did an excellent job

Efficient and courteous.

Arrived on time worked hard all day cleaned up to a point said the vacuum was too heavy bags of foam collected a little late but all done in the end

The job of taking off spray foam is a very demanding task for the workers but I can say that efficient homes did a professional job and also installed the loft insulation to a good standard

Really efficient and professional. Took time to explain everything along the way and kept me updated.

Left everything very clean and tidy
