I went last week to egepol I can't rate them enough .. from start to finish . As soon as i messaged them I got a reply from barak in sales department he was so polite and very friendly never pushy he helped me for months before I decided this was tge best hospital for me..kept me posted on all I needed to no from start to now ...I was met at airport by chato he just made my week so much easier n put my mind at rest he was with me every step every day so helpful and both men had very good English he took me straight to the hospital and wow I was blown away never seen a hospital like it very clean modern and very big room with 2 beds for me and my husband all the time I was in hospital I was still stunned its was better than any 5* hotel I've ever used the staff were absolutely fantastic and very professional...meals were standard hospital food but were still nice + they have a a little coffee shop on ground floor which I lived in ..got to meet my surgeon which I already been looking up on for months at this point . And to no he was not only a fantastic plastic surgeon he also had been doing it for over 20+ years which made me feel 100% better about he is tge most loveliest man I have met very professional but also happy and friendly he came in done all my measurements and done everything I asked for in my surgery not 1 fault at all ...and I was his only patient that day which was nice as previous went to Istanbul for surgery and it was like 1 in 1 out doing 10 patients a day . He came back took me to theatre and was reassured all the way there and the room was immaculate.. at this point there was no talks of money or payments till I had my surgery which was nice knowing I wasn't just another number to them I came round and the surgeon came to my room to show me the pics he took which I requested and by god the job was more than i expected I was blown away I couldn't thank him enough even tho thank you didn't feel enough I was also only on pain meds 3 days as I didn't need any I was very comfortable and considering I had tummy tuck and breast lift with implants ...i still say i days later I actually don't even feel like I had a tummy tuck as not once have I felt any discomfort and with my breasts no pain just a lil burning sensation now and then but still don't require any pain relief ll..I was up and about day after surgery. Then few days later went to hotel tgat was same absolutely lovely rooms food and views were beautiful..day I came home our posh car came and took us to airport...I'm home recovering very well . And sorry for the long review but if I read this before I went I would of been bery happy as it puts your mind at rest ..there was not 1 I could fault and would recommend to family and friend tgank you egepol and team lisa hope (uk newcastle)🙂😊x

Visited egepol in October for mummy makeover and in 1 word AMAZING from my co ordinator he was fantastic whole process was quick easy snd I felt reassured going to Turkey on my own he still checks in now which I think is brilliant..when i arrived abd was picked up by the nicest lady the hospital was beyond anything I expected spotless clean and all staff fantastic..my surgeon was the most nicest man honestly my nerves were shattered and he couldn't made me feel.anymore at ease surgery was done amazingly and pain for me was very little I ended up spending week in hospital due to a cold i went to Turkey with but the staff couldn't do enough for me the whole time honestly if your thinking of surgery let them look after you won't be disappointed ❤️

This hospital was out standing from the moment I got pick up and the surgeon was amazing I had the mommy make over & upper & lower eyelids I had no pain wot so every the surgeon was very caring & gentle they really do care for patients at this hospital. The nurses were amazing the hospital suite was outstanding beautiful nothing was to much to ask for this hospital was the best I’ve been ever cared for in my life that’s how amazing this hospital was and was always there for every need and Iam definitely going back for more surgery. The food is just hospital food but there’s restaurant at the side of the hospital and you can go to the supermarket if you wanted to or they can go for you . This hospital is the best out there they never asked for money or hassled me I only needed my flight number . I also went on my own and once I landed my interpreter was there and was wth me all the way till I left to come home . Friends for life x

Egepol Hospitals the most amazing hospital you could ever go too. Clean , attentive, supportive and with you ever step of the way from the UK to turkey. Their isn't nothing that this hospital and staff will not do for you. When I say 💯 recommend is an understatement. Thank you to Ur amazing team and for the very two special nurses close to my heart, once was my nurses now r my friends they cared for me as I was their family , ceren, Doge, and for Cagatay my buddy he was amazing worth his waiting gold. So funny patient and very attentive. My surgeon well what can't I say perfection is his natural gift. When Ur in hands Ur safe and Ur out come will be amazing. I had my gastric sleeve surgery over two months ago and I know it was great decision to choose Egepol hospital. From being to the end everything goes easy and professional. Hospital is very modern and clean. My room was so great and spacious and I didn't feel like I'm in hospital but more like in good hotel. All staff, nurses and doctors were helpful and professional. Big thank you to Berrak and Cagatay who give me all support, translations, care and everything I needed in this stressful time. I have been supplying with after surgery supplies and equipment.
If you still searching for good hospital to do your surgery just stop now and choose Egepol.

I can definitely recommend this clinic, the doctor and all personnel were very experienced. My translator - Victoria is a real professional, she was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process.

Travelled over early July 2023 with my son who had surgery from the uk.
I can not fault in any way.
We got picked up at the airport and had VIP transfer straight to the hospitail which wouldnt look out of place mixing it with 5 star hotels on booking.com (minus the swimming pool)
Spotless and comfortable with excellent and atentive nurses and staff.
Hotel was again top notch and a geniune 5 star establshment.
Big shout out to Cagatay who was a gentleman to deal with throughout and someone Egepol hospitails are very lucky to have.

Great hospitality and service no pain throughout whole surgery experience and recovery. Cagatay was especially great at translation problems etc making sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible

Hi all, for anyone thinking of coming to Egepol for surgery, stop pondering and just book it. I came on my own and was a little worried how I would be but the staff here are wonderful, caring and do everything possible to make it a good experience. I would like to especially thank berrak and Çağatay who acted acted as my companion/ translaters as they were fabulous with me and gave me much needed support and reassurance throughout my visit. Cem was fab too as my coordinator on wattsapp who arranged everything pre visit. I can't thank you all enough. Lastly, huge shout out to my surgeon Ali, you really are an exceptional surgeon and you have transformed my body.....i can't wait for the final results when I've recovered fully. the hospital staff, nurses, surgeons were all brilliant helped with any questions not that I had any as they were all covered!
the care was out of this world!

I was admitted to the hospital on March 04, 2023, and the operation was performed successfully, thanks to ALLAH, and then with the efforts of the medical staff, headed by Prof. Dr. Zafer KOZACIOĞLU, I am pleased to have the chance to thank those who completed the recovery during my stay under the medical facility, which is distinguished by its medical, administrative and technical staff. I cannot forget to thank Dr. Hasan Murat ÇELİK, Chief Physician, for his efforts and follow-up of my condition throughout my stay in the hospital, as well as Dr. Hadi ÖZYAŞAR, the in-charge of Public Relations Department, He is a man of good morals, who spared no effort in his frequent visits to me and his constant question about everything I need and his support for me in all cases. I cannot fail to thank all the medical staff in the inpatient department, especially those who work in the fifth floor of the International Hospital building, as they reached top level in performance and excellence in giving. This is what I found while I was in the inpatient department, headed by the head of nursing Özlem UYAR, who follows my health condition and cares about my situation, if I thank people by their names, I do not forget this hospital distinguished by its staff, but it is a great hospital with its medical technology, structural and innovative equipment and world-distinguished furniture. It is really among the international hospitals.
I recommend those I know and those I don't know to visit this hospital. I am completely satisfied about it. In fact, I have visited many European and Arab countries and did not reach a diagnosis that would lead me to the end of the suffering until I visited this hospital and met Prof. Dr. Zafer KOZACIOĞLU who diagnosed my condition and then performed the sphincter prothesis operation successfully, thank to ALLAH.

The hospital is very modern and clean. The service they provide is outstanding. My whole experience was made so much easier with the excellent translator team. The nurses are very good and doctor Alli is amazing. I would 100 % recommend getting plastic surgery done at this hospital. You are treated like a individual and not just another patient.

I had a surgery at egepol hospital 3 week ago. It was an overall good experience. The hospital is clean and the doctor and nursing staff are nice and helpful. Especial thanks to Cagatay and Mohamed. they manage to be with me all the time while I was in the hospital. They were attended all the time while I was examined by the DR and also helped me a lot before, during and after the surgery. They translated my symptoms and needs to the hospital staff professionaly, shared their contact with me and I was able to reach them all the time and get a very quick responses from them.

I've had Gastric Sleeve Surgery at Egepol in 2022, almost a year now. I've lost alot of weight even tho it's been hard to adapt to the diet. Cato helped me a lot to keep following my program. Thanks for that Cato ! And see you next year in Antalya !
