Quick delivery and great products
First time I’ve used Eland Lodge and will definitely use again. Delivery was quick. Bought a PSOS browband, that I was struggling to get elsewhere, and Le Mieux boots and I’m really pleased with them both.

Amazing service
Amazing service - girls could not have been more helpful in store - walked in thinking that I wouldn’t get a pair of dubarrys or le chemeaus to fit my calves and walked out with a pair of both after lots of patience and kind words!

Brilliant online service. I ordered boots to be sent to Wales and received them the next day. They were a bit tight so I returned them and received a bigger size within just 3 days of posting.

Hi Lesley, thank you for taking the time to post a review, and sorry that you feel your experience does not meet our usual high standards. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ve taken a look into your feedback to see what has happened in this case. We can see from your order history that there was unfortunately a stock error with the item you ordered. As this was the case our team promptly contacted you and issued a full refund for the item as we were unable to fulfil the order. Our customer service representative will be contacting you privately to see if there is anything else we can do to help.
