A great idea and a great product
A great idea and a great product. Had 2 releases done and a third almost done and more to follow. Had a print issue with one but customer service were great and replaced no problem. Would easily recommend this to up and coming bands/musicians/singers etc to promote themselves.

Amazing Quality and Customer Support
I've only purchased a custom vinyl from elasticStage so far and I'm very satisfied with the quality of it all!
My vinyl sleeves were a little damage so they sent out a replacement! Quick customer support.

Ordered a vinyl, but the sleeve was damaged by USPS. Asked ElasticStage if I could buy a replacement sleeve and they replaced EVERYTHING at no cost to me. This company WILL go above and beyond!

First impression after use elasticStage
First impressions online after uploading 3 CDs and 3 vinyl records: the interface and navigation are well-designed, making it easy to move from one menu to another, and everything is set up so that no details are overlooked. Once the discs are online on our dedicated page, the visuals look great. Next, I just received my test CD:
The finish is impeccable, the cover art is perfectly reproduced, and the dimensions and colors are true to the design.
When playing the CD, the sound is excellent, but... i’m having a playback issue with track 11 of the album—it skips in several places. I'll contact elasticStage to fix it as soon as possible.
I should note that the CD is being played on a high-end Denon system that works perfectly.

My only suggestion is to put my country (Colombia) into the system. Colombia is the biggest electronic music scene not just in LATAM but the whole America.

Terrible work done in the vinyl "Fusion 2026" by Drelgado
First of all, I received my vinyl "Fusion 2026" from the artist Drelgado, weeks after the date I was expecting, and I had to sent ...I can't even remember how many emails, to complaint about the delivery.
The answer was always the same " we're going to try to know what is happening, and we'll contact you as soon as your vinyl as been dispatched. Please wait 5 days"
And more 5... And another 5.... And more 5....
Finally the vinyl was dispatched.
Arrived very quickly after dispatched.
Finally I have my vinyl with me, but what a surprise...
The first track starts with the wrong pitch, and then is going slowly accelerate until the pitch is normal.
The last track of side A, in the middle, as no scratch... But in the middle of the song... Sounds like it has one... Because in one part of the music I needed to move the needle to listen the rest of the music... And what a surprise... There's no end of the song. The track ends seconds before the music. The last music of side B, the same, the music as no final.
What a terrible work was done with this vinyl.
And yes, I have the original music's in my Spotify and SoundCloud, so I know how all the music's are and ends.

Brilliant idea and great service
Brilliant idea and great service. Any band or musician should use this service as its essential for getting your physical material out and about as people still like physical products for their money and this is so worth it and a great back up service too. Take your time with your uploads with track info and artwork and use the preview viewer before doing your release for maximum quality that won't disappoint.

I have ordered over 20 pieces from Elasticstage. I have encountered problems with several of the orders however it’s not a problem if the company take it seriously. They have consistently followed up on my complaints and dealt with the problem and resolved any of the issues. They genuinely seem to care which is quite rare these days! The quality of the product is fantastic. I mean to get an album produced with a colour sleeve, labels, inner sleeve and 12 page booklet for roughly £30 is exceptional. I could not recommend them highly enough. Go for it!
