Just having my songs on vinyl is a life long dream! ElasticStage does and amazing job with the products. I have 4 albums with them and plan on at least 3 more.

My ONLY negative comment is that I wish they had a plant in the USA so shipping would be less, but the shipping costs are out of their hands!

But dropping the needle on vinyl is still a great thrill and when it's your own music, EVEN BETTER!!

Purchased and received a vinyl of Mental by Morphide. Unfortunately, the pressing was damaged and missing music. I reached out to customer service and was immediately helped with the issue and after confirming it was a bad pressing they shipped out a replacement quickly. Very helpful and responsive. The second vinyl I received sounds amazing.

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by this beautiful sounding “B*tches Brew Tribute” by Andy Edwards….

I've bought several albums which I've produced on vinyl and CD through ElasticStage and the quality is always excellent.

Site did nothing on my order for over a month. They then rejected my order on copyright infringement grounds. Reached out to them and they said they will not press my record or cancel and refund it. Was pure nonsense. Elastic Stage will gladly take your money, not press your record, and then tell you btw we’re keeping your money too. Will dispute with credit card company. So beyond pissed. Horrible company with horrid communication. I didnt even get a copyright flag until I reached out to them. Just nonsense all around. DO NOT USE.

Update: sorted. Victor came back with a real explanation — a technical issue in production — confirmed dispatch, sent tracking, and offered a promo code for the delay without me having to push for it. That's how it should be handled, so I'm raising my rating.

I'm an independent artist using elasticStage for my album vinyl. I ordered a test pressing on 13 Aug (order 270-3017704-8770629) with an estimated dispatch date of 9 Sep. It went 12 days past that with no tracking and no concrete update, while my album was already out and the full run for my box sets was waiting on approving this test pressing.

The product and the concept I still rate highly. The gap was communication during the delay — once a human actually picked it up, it was handled well.

Continuing to prepare my release and, found some confusion with regard to template utilization. Contacted ' Vinny " , the app"s chatbot and was guided quickly through the confusion.

Product description was complete and in detail. Service was prompt and when I had questions they were answered immediately.
The website was a self-explanatory click here website and I had no problems with navigation or use.

I had a problem uploading a track for my album. I was asked to send the track for analysis and that indicated the problem was at their end. They quickly fixed the issue and I was able to continue with my release. This whole issue was handled easily and quickly.

I obviously thought it was going to be a low quality lathe cut, but DAMN my expectations were destroyed 😭
The cover is extremely high quality and the disc feels like a good pvc to the touch. It's reaaaally lightweight so i thought it was going to sound bad
It sounds HEAVENLY, better than streaming platforms somehow
The shipment was waaay faster than expected and i received in just 20 days, i was expecting a month of wait AT LEAST
I really recommend getting a vinyl if your favorite artist has one for sale, it's so freaking cool!

ElasticStage is the popular, awesome kid on the block. They deliver superb audio quality with vinyl and excellent quality in the printed artwork. My satisfaction with their work and guarantee is 100%. I urge you to give them a try; you won't be disappointed, although I wish the turnaround time will be much faster, but overall it is worth the wait.

Great quality products, but payment issue

I’ve had a very good experience with the quality of the physical products from elasticStage. The CDs and vinyl records are both very good quality, and I’m really happy with how they turned out.

Unfortunately, I’m currently dealing with an issue regarding a payment for albums I sold. It turns out the problem was most likely caused by an error on my side when entering my bank details.

I’ve contacted elasticStage about the issue, and they are helping me investigate what happened to the payment. I’ve also corrected my payment details.

Hopefully the original payment will be returned and the money can be paid to me again using the correct bank details.
So, while the payment issue has been frustrating, I’m very happy with the quality of the CDs and vinyl and appreciate elasticStage helping me sort out the payment problem.

At this point, I'm planning my release, specifically the design of the packaging. With many options available, the task seemed somewhat daunting, but the assistance provided has made the process far easier than it first seemed. I expect that moving forward, the experience will only prove to be a wise choice - to use eLastic Stage as the manufacturer and delivery system for my project.

Liefertermin war vor über 2 Wochen (für eine CD, kein Vinyl). Dann immer wieder Vertröstungsemails. Vor 5 Tagen kam dann der Tracking Link. Aber in Wirklichkeit ist da gar nichts verschickt sondern nur angekündigt. Support reagiert nicht vernünftig. Mittlerweile wohl verschickt.

Ich bin mit elasticStage bisher außerordentlich zufrieden. Die Möglichkeit, eigene Musik ohne große Vorabinvestitionen als professionelle CD und Schallplatte veröffentlichen zu können, ist für unabhängige Künstler eine großartige Sache.

Ich bin schon seit gut 30 Jahren aktiv uns musste immer betteln überhaupt eine CD herausgegeben zu können, da mir die Mittel fehlten.

Jetzt kann ich LPs herausgeben, CDs produzieren, Singles aller Art veröffentlichen.

Die Gestaltung und Veröffentlichung funktioniert unkompliziert und selbst daran, dass ein Neubeginner einen Fehler gemacht hat, wird gedacht.

Die fertigen Produkte wirken hochwertig, und bei Fragen habe ich elasticStage als freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt.

Für mich ist elasticStage ein verlässlicher Partner, der meine Musik nicht nur digital, sondern auch als echtes, greifbares Album zu den Menschen bringt. Vielen Dank dafür!

En general es una muy buena alternativa para los que no podemos imprimir una cantidad grande de discos. el sonido es bueno. Lo único que mejoraría sería que den la opción de fabricar 2lp. El servicio al cliente también va de maravilla, son rápidos en responder y resolver.
