Nothing for your future
This company is honestly decent is terms of offering stable jobs and decent salary. The benefits are also okay, and I've met plenty of friendly co-workers. It's an average company that has a decent work culture. However, my main problem is the lack of opportunities for growth and advancement. Working here means accepting the fact that you're stuck in the same position for years to come. If you want to advance in your career, the only choice is to join another company.
