2de toestel werkt minder actief dan het andere waarbij de reactie is dat geen één toestel hetzelfde is.
Heb er nog 9 nodig voor de zaak maar jullie gaan het niet meer worden.
Nog nooit meegemaakt dergelijke onverschilligheid.

Decreasing prices right after your order

Ordered 2 days ago and they reduced the price of 20€. It makes me feel like I overpaid an item I didn't receive yet. I tried to contact service support, and they said I should refuse the delivery, but don't offer me to refund the difference, why should we both lose time and transport time just to get the normal price you sell your items now? I know as a company you do whatever you want with your prices, but you make new customers feel like they simply got scammed and offer no solution.

Afhandeling bestelling is lachertje!...maar

Na enige tijd reactie en excuses. Goed opgelost door Winix.
Filters besteld voor onze luchtzuiverings-apparaten. Volgens de site op voorraad en levering in 2 werkdagen. Na 3 dagen gebeld maar geen contact. Gemaild en kreeg antwoord dat men ging onderzoeken waar mijn bestelling was. Op 4e dag antwoord dat het was verzonden, kreeg echter geen trackcode in mijn email-box. Op 5e dag gebeld, antwoord: we zijn aan het onderzoeken!!!! Dus niets verzonden. Dag 6 gebeld, zelfde verhaal, zou verzonden worden.Eind dag een trackingcode voor DHL. Zending aangemeld!! Nu maar afwachten of dit klopt. Daarnaast een service-desk medewerker die liegt en niet fatsoenlijk Nederlands kan praten en schrijven. Doe al lang zaken met Winix maar dit is echt een afgang. Winix reageerde achteraf op de klachten en gaf toe dat er teveel was misgegaan. Oplossing aangeboden door Winix en geaccepteerd.

Winix 5300-2 heeft toch een systeem fout.

Ik heb heb een winix 5300-2 gekocht. ik ben er tevreden over maar heb een fout in het systeem ontdekt. Als je hem verplaatst dan moet je de stekker uittrekken en ergens anders terug insteken. Als je de stekker terug insteekt geeft het toestel een muziekje en licht het display op. En daar zit de fout. Bij het insteken van de stekker trekt deze vonken omdat er al stroom verbruikt word. Normaal gebeurt dat achter een on/off toets. Hier dus niet. Om het toestel ten volle te laten werken is er wél een toets, raar.

Prima ervaring

Ik zie veel slechte reviews hier, dus ik voel mij genoodzaakt een tegenreactie te plaatsen. Eergisteren een winix zero refurbished besteld, de dag erna in huis. Ding doet het prima, dus een tevreden klant!

De communicatie en dienstverlening is eigenlijk niet aanwezig!!!

De winix zero pro werkt nu erg goed, uiteraard heb ik geen deskundige meetapparatuur in huis.......ik heb er nu na veel gedoe een teruggestuurd; daar zit een tamelijk hoge resonantie toon in. Tijdens de hele terugzending procedure is alles fout gegaan wat ook fout kan gaan. Anderhalve week veel E-Mails over diverse verzendlabels. Geadresseerde werden ontvangers en omgekeerd omgekeerd. Laatste nieuws was dat DHL het pakket zou komen ophalen op 25 juni. Dat werd dus zeer onverwacht vandaag, de 24e en de man van DHL had de instructies om drie pakketten op te halen hahaha. Ook weer miscommunicatie. Ik heb longemfyseem en kan niet zo veel stress hebben. Ik zit zelfs aan een schadevergoeding te denken.....Winix, jullie krijgen van mij een rapportcijfer van 0,4 of kan het nog lager?

Filters are out of stock, no replies to emails

The filters for winix zero pro are out of stock for months now in Spain. They are sold on Amazon.de website, but delivery to Spain is not possible.
My first email was answered very fast, suggesting that the filter will be in stock “soon”. 2 weeks later the filter is still out of stock on Winix site and elsewhere (except Amazon Germany, where Winix (!) sells them, not offering delivery outside of Germany.
Clearly Winix does not support customers (outside of Germany that is).
I sent 2 more emails to Winix, which went nowhere, no reply.

Malafide organisatie???

We hebben onlangs een bestelling gedaan via de Winix Europe site. We hebben nog niets binnen en op e-mail krijgen we geen respons. Ook de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. We hopen dat dit geen malafide organisatie is en we onze bestelling gaan ontvangen….

Shocking customer service

I had a zero s air purifier. It kept flashing red. So I ordered new filters from winix. The hepa filter fits but carbon filter didn't. It was far to tight.
As I suffer from asthma I needed one ASAP so I bought another winix which is the zero pro.
But I'm paying for these filters in installments with PayPal.
But each email you send you are ignored. And only way to contact them is to phone them in Netherland. I live in England so I'm not paying to ring them from my mobile.
So I am paying £70 of filters which cannot be used and customer service is truly shocking.
I actually purchased another winix as well which now i really wish I had chosen a different brand.
DO NOT BUY FILTERS FROM WINIX AS YOU CANNOT RETURN THEM.

Impressed.

I have had a Model Zero S air purifier running in my lounge for about five months and a smaller model AAPU450 - JWB running in my bedroom for the last two months. I am very satisfied with the performance of both of these units. I live on a main road and now the air seems ‘fresher’. My asthma symptoms, admittedly mild, have been alleviated.

The fans are quiet. I vacuum the filters fortnightly as specified. As for any other fan-type of device, I turn the units off when the house is unattended.

I understand the filters should last about a year. In order to have ones in reserve, I ordered replacements (types H and O respectively) online from the WINIX site and they were delivered, well protected, within 4 days, a period which included a weekend.

Avoid Winix: Unreliable service & awful customer support

We bought 2 large Winix air purifiers 2017, mainly because that they could be controlled remotely, via a phone app. At a certain point, the app suddenly stopped working. We tried to get in touch with Winix—several emails and much frustration—but when they did eventually bother to reply, they passed us from pillar to post, with no one answering our question or providing any support. After further emails on our part, eventually someone from Winix admitted that they had decided to stop allowing remote control of these units. In their last email we were offered a free filter to make up for the inconvenience, but have not seen these or heard anything from Winix since, despite further emails. We now have two air purifiers that are crippled from working as specified when we bought them. Based on their response (and lack thereof) to us, we can only conclude that Winix do not care about their customers. We will never again buy any Winix product and are advising our personal and business networks to avoid them too.

pany after one of there Air purifier nearly set fire in my home you could smell the burning I complain about it they say send it back we will fix it we have just suffered bad floods in our area our homes are a mess it's a disgrace how they have treated this complaint.
My husband as two lung diseases and heart disease.
