Sham company
I bought what I thought was a knitted cardigan and it looked really lovely in the picture. What they sent was a cardigan type shape garment with a print of the fair isle pattern. It was absolute garbage. As their ad claimed that you can get 100% refund if you weren't happy, I asked for a refund. This was followed by a lot email tennis from the company who quite frankly did not the garment back. I managed to get a 50% refund and was told to keep the garment. It went straight into the bin. Serves me right for buying from an advert on X. Please don't buy from this company they are a sham.
