Bought a switch fused spur with wifi. Lasted 22 months before it failed to work, wifi or manual. Got 12 months warranty, and a replacement is needed as the towel rail doesn't heat up. Could argue the point over the warranty, the law says I have six years warranty but it isn't worth the trouble.

I was interested in a convection heater they had, I asked a bunch of questions and they answered well and quickly so ordered a heater that was in stock. Two days later I get an email saying it’s not in stock.

I mean, why bother.

The company and delivery were satisfactory. Product: The towel rail was decent, though the chrome coating seemed applied lightly rather than thoroughly. Considering the price, it was passable. The metal valves with a chrome finish, while aesthetically pleasing, become quite hot after the towel rail is on for a while, posing a risk of burning your fingers when adjusting them. However, you quickly learn to use an oven mitt for safety.

Towel rail was fine, though looked like it was wafted over the chrome rather than submerged in it. For the price point guess it was just about acceptable.
What was annoying from a practical point of view is the chrome metal valves. They look stylish but try turning one down after the towel rail has been on any time and you burn your fingers. To be fair it’s only something you do once and then learn to grab an oven glove to turn the valve.

Easy and quick to order. But website difficult to work and to find right size radiator.
Would prefer longer period than 3 days to return if rad not right and get a larger one.

They responded welll to question. In some cases not in full agreement but once clarified they immediately resolved any issues. That what I want to see from a supplier.
I bought the products some months back but due to various delays on my part I have only just installed them.
I would definately recommend them and use them again if I ever need to!
