The problem was diagnosed and a course of action clearly described and priced. Nick and Dave completed the job, cleanly and efficiently. Communication with the office was easy, all works were documented. Really liked the quote system, easy to use and a really quick follow up.

Great service, with the support of the admin staff (Charlotte) as it was my bad that it was a last minute booking to get the work done, and Charlotte was great at sorting it all out , Dave arrived promptly and carried out all the work in a very professional and timely manner without compromising on the quality 👍🏾

MPW were able to send someone out the same day for a leaking toilet. Zak was great and was able to sort the issue out which was no mean feat as I have a floating toilet so he had very little space to work in. All sorted and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

James came out incredibly quickly to water pouring through the ceiling late on a Sunday night and sorted the problem within the hour. Fantastic service and very efficient.

MPW reacted unbelievably quickly to my call and I was very impressed with Ben, who got to work straight away. What a very courteous young man he is, empathetic with our health situation, and he talked me through each step of his work.

Contacted MPW yesterday after a recommendation from a local Facebook group.
Spoke to Kelly at the office who arranged for an engineer to be with me that afternoon.
I then got a call from Kelly who said another engineer (the MD in fact) was in the area and could take a look within the hour.
That engineer visited and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part.
A couple of hours later another engineer arrived and fitted the part. Absolutely amazing service and very friendly bunch of people!

I wanted a water presue valve and gage moved to accommodate a suspended ceiling. the plumber advised me it couldn't be fitted on the double bent angle end. and suggested an alternative. which suited well.
