It’s not your fault that DHL delivered your item 24 hours after advising me a date and time, yet I still received it by 3 working days. The item that I ordered was very, very well packaged.

Needed a 900mm wide towel rad to cover previous rad fixings, and this is the only place I found who supplies them, the quality is very good for the price, also used their valves which look very nice.

Their service was exceptional. In the best way possible. Swift delivery ordered 11 pm on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. Video'd myself opening the package to check for damage. Beautifully and wrapped well. No damage as a result. Well done.
Changed my mind and decided I wanted a thermostatic element with digital timer. Replacement element came next day. RMA included so I could return the basic element.
The service here is outstanding. So efficient. So fast.

My order arrived on time
My order arrived on time, but the DHL who they used, ignored a sign in the window next to the front door, explaining where they could leave the parcels if no answer at our house, and the packages got wet….I complained to Elegant and had no response or apology

Good company with poor delivery partner.
Fast and efficient despatch.
However, your delivery company is very poor. Last time I had to drive 40 miles to collect. This time they delivered to a random house 100 metres from mine.
