Incorrect product description and worse customer service.
Not really much more to say - the item was not how it was described on the website (by a significant factor) - called customer service to arrange a return/refund and let's just say they were NOT happy about it - It doesn't look like they'll let me return the item, I could physically return the item, it's only a small bracket, but it seems unlikely they'll process a refund. Also, it appears as though their terms of service and refund policy are simply copied from another source, and seem to relate to physical media such as Books, DVD's, Video Games and Records. So do be careful.

Spoke with a chap called Ibrahim (Abraham). Absolutely lovely chap. Explained to him what i wanted and wanted to achieve and i couldnt have got anyone more helpful or knowlegeable.
He went through everything including different configurations. Everything i required arrived 3 days later (duel fuel,
1.8m x 300mm radiator).
No doubt in my mind that should the need arise i will be back.

Got the magnetic towel holders and they do what they say. Very strong magnets. I also liked the video on the website not overly commercialised and straight forward instructions on how to cut to size.

Easy to use website. Item delivered next day. Good choice of hard to find sizes. Was able to replace a raad with a towel rail without having to redo the plumbing. Brilliant. Item came well packaged and delivered by DPD, not one of the more budget couriers.
