Duidelijke voorlichting omtrent product. Met name de classificatie en daardoor wat je dus in handen krijgt na aankoop is erg helder. Goed product!

Al meerdere keren wat besteld bij Eleshop, altijd snel bezorgd, en altijd tegen de scherpste prijs.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I Ordered a soldering station and had trouble getting it to work. I therefor contacted the Eleshop customer support exposing my problems and troubleshooting steps I already made. A few hours later I already got an answer from a real and competent human asking for some further information and pictures in order to RMA the station. Eleshop sent a replacement part the same day and also took care of the shipping to return the defective part. Unfortunately, the replacement part didn't solve the problem and I contacted them again asking if there is something else I could do wrong. They again answered very quickly and sent another replacement part. At this stage I was almost certain that I did something wrong which was confirmed when I still had the same issue after receiving the second replacement part. So I contacted them again asking for help and got an answer in less than an hour. Eleshop had already contacted the manufacturer to check if the first parts really were defective (which wasn't the case) and proposed to pick up the whole kit to test it themselves and give me some feedback.
As I already expected, they tested and confirmed that everything was working perfectly .
They even took the extra time and effort to reproduce my mistake leading to my issue and sent me some explanations and pictures showing exactly what i did wrong and how to do it right. My mistake was kind of stupid and I don't know if I would have been as comprehensive and patient as Eleshop has been with me.
The cherry on top: before sending everything back to me, they set up the station so that I just had to plug it into the power socket. Shipment was again very fast and with no surprise everything was working flawlessly when i plugged it in.

I'm really impressed by their excellent customer service, patience and attention to details for dummys like me :-)
They really earned my trust and I highly recommend their shop to others. And my next orders will definitely go to them, without a doubt-

Fijne webshop met goede beschrijvingen van de te verkopen apparatuur voor elektronici. Goede adviezen te lezen voor als je nog niet helemaal weet welk product je moet kiezen. Snelle verzending en de spullen worden prima verpakt naar je woonadres gestuurd. Kortom, super fijne webshop !

Expérice incroyable
une livraisons dans les temps prévue, par une companie qui le fait correctement (UPS belgium). Un embalage avec soin de l'embalage du producteur. Des prix très correcte avec un services client réactif. Le site est seulement en néerlandais mais toutes traduction par google font clairement le travail.

Pakketje opgehaald bij het postpunt, alles mooi in de doos geordend. Alles werkt naar behoren, niets op aan te merken. Een aanrader ;) ik kom zeker terug tot bij jullie site.

Ondanks de vraag om geen spam te sturen gebeurt het toch. Jammer.

Prima afhandeling van mijn opdracht. Snel geleverd en uiteraard via tracking service het bezorgmoment kunnen traceren.

I placed an order for 7-8 various items for a project I was going to be working on and when I opened the package two weeks after delivery, the most important item just wasn't there. I reached out to their support team and within a day they had resolved it and now I have the missing item. Ideally everything would've just been right from the beginning, but histakes can happen. What makes a great experience is their quick and helpful customer support.

Prima zaak. Eerlijke beschrijving van meetinstrumenten. Snelle levering. Je kunt bepaalde instrumenten ook in china kopen voor minder, maar zou je dit wel doen!!??. Gun dit goede bedrijf bestaansrecht. Ze verdienen het.

Ik bestelde een TinySA en een 10dB verzwakker. Beide razendsnel en goed verpakt ontvangen. Nu is het aan mij om alle mogelijkheden van de TinySA uit te proberen 🙂
