Absolutely amazing customer service and the product is better than top of the range !! Really impressed

I ordered the clear brow lift pot and the brow lift applicator around 3 weeks ago and have been trialing them since then. The items arrived within a few days so I cannot fault the delivery. As for the products -
The Clear Brow Lift: First impressions were pretty good, it moves and holds your brows, but doesn't set, so they are likely to move during the day and you have to keep putting them back into the original position. I have found it is slowly holding my brows less and isn't working how I'd hope and personally, I am going to stop using the product.
The Brow Lift Applicator: The first week it was perfect, the brush worked great and the flat metal was great to press the product and brows down, until for no reason the spoolie end of the brush dropped off. I tried twisting back into place which didn't work, and neither did supergluing it, which came loose after a day. Very unimpressed.
Both products worked well for around a week then quite literally everything fell apart. I do not recommend these two products

Sad to say that elf cosmetics have majorly fallen short.

I ordered a bunch of their stuff from the website and it took over 3 weeks to arrive, as an apology elf sent me an email with a discount code apologing for messing up and taking so long to get my order to me.

I went to use the discount code and it did not work.

I contact elf directly to explain the code was not working and I got a reply say sorry but this offer is no longer valid!?

The apology email I got from elf with the discount code for my next purchase had no expiry date. I brought this up to them and they did not even bother to reply to the email.

It's a shame elf treat their customers like this.

Elf you should really honour what you say!!

I purchased a few concealers and the halo glow filter today for my mother but since it was my first time ordering I had to sign up and input her details/ email address and of course I only gone and misspelt my mums email address (my fault, should have double checked, I know🙄) after realising my mistake after putting my order through I was fretting so thought I’d get in contact with the customer service team via their website. Received a response within 20 minutes both times and they’ve resolved it within an hour. They amended the email address for us and linked the order back to the correct acc whilst also confirming the order is being processed, pleasantly surprised at the service.
Looking forward to receiving my package, thank you elf team!

I normally love e.l f products and normally am quick to buy new products when they come out. I wanted to try their lipstain gloss as it was £6 which is cheaper than most lip stains. I guess the price is correct as this didn't stain my lips even slightly and there was no longevity to the product what so ever. Such a shame as all the other products I have bought from them are amazing and customer service is normally very helpful. Maybe relable the lip stain as a lip gloss or lipstick not a stain as it really doesn't do what you expect

I’m really surprised to see all the bad trustpilot reviews for elf. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Recently one of my lip balms was faulty and they replied to me via email that same day a replacement was dispatched within a day.

Bad delivery time delivered to wrong place and they took to much time and when i asked for a refund they say thet did it but they didn't

Absolutely awful. Delivery time horrendous, customer services are non existent. Just don't bother

I recently bought the elf camo concealer and at the time of purchase thought I was getting it at a bargain price but I was mistaken. To clarify I got the shade medium sand which I thought would be the perfect shade but I blame elf for misleading marketing because the shade was 5 shades lighter than what it is being advertised. The concealer is also very drying and leaves a cakey effect. Yep never buying from them again. Don’t waste your money.

Products ordered arrived after a wait but they sent a wrong item. I contacted them with photos and they said they would replace it but again sent the wrong item. Now they don’t reply and ignore my email. Their products are inexpensive and fun but you can’t call them only enail and they clearly hate their customers as they ignore them. Don’t use their website. And don’t use them if you want a cosmetic company with any customer accountability.

Ho acquistato recentemente facendo tre ordini differenti. Il primo era in ritardo ma si sono fatti perdonare subito con uno sconto sugli ordini successivi, entrambi arrivati in tempi brevi. Sono molto soddisfatta di tutti i prodotti, ottima qualità a prezzi ragionevoli. Sicuramente riacquisterò in futuro!

Bought the Instant Lift Brow pencil from Superdrug and it was shocking. The colour did not come out no matter how hard I pressed on my skin. It literally became painful in the end so I gave up. I contacted customer service who first ignored me and then I contacted the chat who said couldn't help. I chased customer service and they said that I had to return to Superdrug as that is where I got it from and I advised that I cannot return it there as they only refund on own brand products and the issue lies with E.L.F. I was hoping for them to let me send back the brow pencil but they ignored my last email. I bought their lip gloss a couple of months ago and that wasn't good either, was uber sticky and goes into clumps! Avoid!!

I’ve made and order on the 21st december 2022, today is the 24th january 2024 and i haven’t received it yet. I’ve contacted them three times and they just answered once asking me to wait, i’ve waited again and still nothing. I need the products i’ve ordered and that i’ve (obviously) spent money on.
The order should have been shipped, the tracking only tells me that it has been scanned at Landmark crossdock facility on the 22nd december and nothing else.

I've always had a positive experience on this site. My recent order was delayed and was shipped 10 days after ordering, however i had already contacted customer services and they responded within 24hours and let me know they were busy and would take 7-10 days to ship out the items. They even gave me a voucher code to use for my next order as an apology for the delay. After my order was shipped, i received my package the next day through yodel/whistl.

I have ordered from elf multiple times before and each time it's been fantastic. They have great offers and I enjoy the loyalty programme. In the past, my order has taken up to a week to arrive at most. This time was no different - I placed my order on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday with Yodel/Whistl! I'm very satisfied especially with the recent delays and during this busy holiday season

Absolutely loved their flawless concealer in light peach. Seems to have been discontinued as no longer in stock in stores. Contacted them online to ask if the product is being discontinued and no response. Not even to recommend another product?!

Took ages for my delivery to arrive, which I then returned. Two weeks on, despite providing tracking evidence several times that the parcels had been received at their depot, I am yet to receive my refund or any agreement to provide a refund. Having got nowhere I raised a dispute with my bank for one of the orders and received a refund via them, however I am still awaiting a refund for the other returned order. I won’t be using them again!

They use Yodel so once again that's why I have given 1 star! I ordered my products on the 3rd November...on 6th Yodel said that they had the parcel...on the 7th I tracked and it said delivered today...still nothing and its now the 18th! I contacted E.LF and got an email saying it would be today...that was 3 days ago..they've just looked at the Yodel status rather than look at how long it's had the status as 'today'...want a refund or even better the products I've bought and paid for!!!
