Placed an order over 2 months ago had my money taken out of my bank and still no order or money refunded tried emails and calls and no response DO NOT buy from this site

I got quick delivery efficient service and am very happy with my purchase the only thing I would suggest for the kids these days is to have a box of mixed liquids they can chose but thats just from a younger perspective im very happy with the one flavour thank you xx

Order arrived with missing items, I emailed to advise of this and received a response advising the missing items where going to shipped out as a priority but have not heard nothing back since then to confirm they have been resent. I have followed up via email 3 times and have received no response since Monday and it is now Thursday!

Good value for money and prompt delivery.

I appear to have been asked for a review of this company again. My views have not changed I have had 2 further responses on stating somthing was going on to be sent in the post the other a email stating that there was an issue with my refund. Below is my initial review. I am still extremely disappointed being fobbed of with excuses and my money not being refunded.

“This is more about the company than the product as I have never received the products listed. I ordered in good faith on 26th Feb. But n 27th February I received a call from the company stating they did not have the item I had ordered and would I accept an alternative I declined this, I was then told they would see if they could source the item over the weekend and would contact me Monday 2nd March which they did stating they were unable to source the product and would I accept an alternative which I declined, at this point I asked for a refund back on to my card for the amount of £13.95. We have had an email exchange since the 9th March it is now almost 1 month on and my last email has been ignored and I still have no refund. Needless to say I am very disappointed and upset that this has happened. Will certainly avoid this company in the future. Reading other reviews it seems I am not alone with not receiving a refund, the cash must be mounting up for them now with unpaid refunds. Possible scammer alert.”

Update April 29th 2026. We are now at day 58 since requesting a refund and this has still not been processed. No replies to my email for a week now. Totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately still no response from this company. No refund no goods. I would certainly never recommend the company to anyone. The customer service an absolutely appalling.

Update 13th May still no refund I am emailing daily and sending what’s app but still no refund.

Eliquid base are amazing and so efficient. There is so much selection, at brilliant prices including deals on most items. Delivery time is very fast, i have never had a issue with them and cannot recommend enough.

my order never arrived which i ordered in december i chased it for months and then last month i got an email to say it was refunded however the money never went into my account

Arrives as stated sometimes earlier. Product as stated. Good service.

My first order resulted in a faulty vape that failed within 24 hours of use. I contacted customer support to report this straight away and again the next working day and did not receive any response. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my order or a refund from months ago. Have given up asking as promised order/refund has never materialised despite assurances that they were on their way. Order #192853.

I was a loyal customer I have been using this company for 3 years but recently I placed a order in January and they have not yet dispatched my items, contacted them numerous times but no reply.
Will not be using them again I advice anyone not to use this company as they take you money and don't send items

Good quality stuff, reasonable prices and very fast delivery. I've purchased a few times now and will continue to do so, highly recommended.

If they don't have a product or flavor, they will phone you and ask what you would like to do, change the flavor or product. You also earn points and can use them on your orders.Eliquid Base is the best on quality and prise.

Took My Money, No Product, No Refund After 2 Months

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I placed Order #193950 on 9 February and paid £35.76. The money was successfully deducted from my account immediately. However, I never received the products.
For nearly 2 months, I kept following up. Each time, I was given the same excuse about “payment provider issues.” Despite taking my money, they failed to dispatch the order.
Now they have cancelled the order claiming the payment was “declined,” which is completely false. If the payment was declined, how was the money taken from my account?
They are now saying a refund has been processed, but no refund has been received, and they cannot provide any proper proof or transaction reference.
This is completely unacceptable:
No product delivered
No refund received
Constant delays and excuses
It feels like they are simply holding customer money without resolution.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Based on my experience, you risk losing both your money and your time.
