Third order from Elisa London now. The printed midi skirt is my favourite thing I've bought from them. Always consistent with quality and delivery. Genuinely one of my favourite online shops.

The shorts I ordered are a bit thin but comfortable enough for the price. Wouldn't say it's premium quality but fair for what you pay.

I've ordered from a lot of online boutiques and the quality is often hit or miss. This was a hit. The ruched dress I got feels well made and has already been through a few washes without any issues.

Had a bit of a nightmare with my delivery going to the wrong address. Contacted Elisa London and they were really on it, got it sorted within 24 hours. Impressed.

The linen trousers are decent, comfortable and lightweight. Took about ten days to arrive which was slightly longer than I hoped but no real complaints.

Return policy: to China! expensive customs duty, shipping costs all payable by sender iow: NOT AN OPTION.
Refund policy: A Joke! Offer of 10% refund on your purchase, pushed to 30%. I accepted and chalked it up to experience.
Review: do NOT believe any of the marketing hype, it's a load of bs and a total waste of money.

Elisa-London give the appearance of being a London/UK Based fashion outlet. Many of their goods appear to be heavily discounted (e.g. high quality leisurewear reduced from £130+ to around £30). But in reality, the company appears to be a front for a low quality warehouse set up in China. Goods received were extremely poor quality (in reality probably worth only a couple of pounds). Not surprisingly, their customer service is non responsive! Their 30 day money back guarantee probably doesn’t exist. Avoid at all costs - Just another cheap scam.
