Staff were so lovely. Baby was unfortunately not behaving well so we were offered a second scan for free which went much the same way. We did still manage to get some nice images however. We were given the heartbeat bear as compensation so could not fault the customer service!

We attended for an early scan, and the service was excellent. Katie on reception is just an absolute gem, she chatted away to my husband and I like we were old friends, and really put our nerves at ease. The team were really professional and kind, they made sure my dignity was respected and I never felt hurried or rushed. I absolutely would recommend them and we’ll be returning for more scans throughout our journey.

We attended here for our early scan and more recently our 4D scan and cannot recommend them enough.the staff were absolutely amazing and could not have made the experience both times any better.

2nd time we've used elite ultrasound and everything went really smoothly. Got some great images and had a really positive experience.

Went for my gender scan (it's a girl!) and from the second we walled in the receptionist was lovely and chatty and made me feel very comfortable. During the actual scan the sonographer was amazing! Really in depth scan, talked me through all the babies anatomy and explained all her heart chambers and brain shape, all the time reassuring me that she looked perfect. Amazing collection of photos, printed very high quality. We booked our 4d scan immediately after, really can't recommend Elite enough!

The location was convenient for me based on where I live and I managed to get an appointment for the following day. When I arrived the reception staff was friendly and I had no wait. I went in for my ultrasound and immediately felt comfortable with staff who took their time and answered any questions we had. We were given a print out of the scan findings and scan pictures. I had only ever been for the NHS ultrasound with my last 2 and this was different in that it was a relaxed and fun experience. I chose to go for a private scan as I was still a month away from my NHS scan and I was feeling very ill and needed reassurance things were progressing well, which thankfully they were. My other 2 children had waited outside until we knew all was well and were allowed to come in for a look at their new brothers or sisters (yep, there were 2 in there), which they were really excited about.

A great experience and we will hopefully be back again for our gender scan when the time comes.

This was my 2nd time visiting Elite as I used them throughout my first pregnancy and it was such a beautiful experience but i can't say the same for my most recent experience. I had unfortunately experienced some bleeding and booked elite just to make sure everything was ok. I explained my LMP date but explained the months before I was irregular and explained i knew exactly when conception happened and thought i was around 7 weeks. They called me and asked me to go in 30 mins earlier than i had booked which I was happy about.
We arrived and the receptionist checked us in, She then asked if we wanted to pay before we went into the scan which my husband said yes of course. Just as she set up the payment the phone rang and she answered it and then spent the following 10 minutes chatting and laughing to someone on the phone. Luckily my husband knew how to work their payment machine and is an honest person and he proceeded to type in the amount we owed and paid for it. He kept hold of the receipt just to see if the receptionist would ask about it.
We entered our scan and were advised we might be too early but she would have a check. On the screen appeared the gestational sac which she mentioned something about it being under 2mm and I was possibly only 2-3 weeks and really early or a possible miscarriage so to return in 4 weeks. Nothing else explained, no comfort given and we were lucky if we were in the room 5 minutes. We left feeling deflated as we felt we had wasted their time when infact our own time was wasted. We returned to the waiting area where the receptionist still didn't ask about the payment and my husband being the honest person he is reminded her about the payment and gave her the receipt. We rebooked for 6th June and left leaving me with nothing but doubt and a time waster over the weekend. I attended an emergency scan at the RAH paisley on the Monday afternoon to see clearly a beautiful baby and strong heart measuring at 7week 3 days. I explained my experience to the midwife who couldn't understand where the 2-3 week pregnancy dates could have came from. I just want to say my pregnancy journey did not feel special at all especially compared to my first experience at Elite with my first child. I am not one for ever leaving reviews but my experience with Elite this time has left nothing but a negative taste in my mouth. I have cancelled my follow up appointment for the 6th June and unfortunately won't return to Elite in the future.

It was very worthwhile and glad we booked as it was a special moment and put our minds at rest at the early stages of my pregnancy. Cat was very reassuring and friendly and we will book again for our 16-week scan coming up soon.

Our scan was lovely the only down side we had was that being a same sex couple and both females, both the receptionist and sonographer made an assumption by directly looking and me and talking to me as if I was the one carrying the baby and when in fact this was my wife. My wife went in to reception and have her details as I went to the toilet and at the time the receptionist said to her ‘oh she needs to have a full bladder for the scan’ assuming it was me carrying and not my wife. This disheartened us to begin with and then when we were called in by the sonographer she came out and looked directly at me, called me by my wife’s name and asked me to come in. I looked and my wife and said let’s go in and at that point there was still no apology for this.

The scan itself was good and professional otherwise but because of our experience we wouldn’t be back.

Felt very personal and special. The staff are very warm and welcoming ! Would highly recommend
