Excellent from start to finish lovely staff

Absolutely love Elite! We came for many scans throughout my pregnancy and each time everyone was just as excited to see baby as we were! Loved it when I had my first baby 4 years ago and love it still with my 2nd😂 Can't thank you guys enough for everything the whole experience throughout was amazing, the time, the pictures and the chats🫶

I visited elite ultrasound in East Kilbride a total of 4 times I loved going so much! Early pregnancy scan, gender scan, 4D scan and a wellness scan at 37 weeks. The staff are absolutely fantastic and so welcoming! 10000% would recommend getting a wellness scan at 36/37 weeks if your last scan on NHS was 20 weeks…my midwife did not pick up that my baby is in fact breech so thanks to elite ultrasound I’m now booked in to get a planned c-section and have had time to get my head around the whole situation. I could only imagine how stressed I would have been if I didn’t know my baby was breech so thank you elite ultrasound a million times over!!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at ease the whole time. I want to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff at the East Kilbride clinic for everything and for the amazing photos/video clips we got of our little boy 💙 I would 10000% recommend!

The customer service and whole experience of going for a scan at elite in East Kilbride was just incredible.
The booking system was so straight forward, the environment was clean and extremely inviting and professional and didn’t have any of the tack that other private scan places have.
The receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) was so welcoming and friendly and the technician who done our scan was one of the loveliest women I’ve ever met. She was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming and gentle.
We didn’t once feel rushed or just another number. We felt incredibly special and the staff genuinely felt excited for us (the receptionist took the time to look at our pictures with us and the technician was excited every time she captured a good picture/video clip.

They invited us back for a second appointment due to baby being difficult to see & all the technicians advice worked for a great scan the next time.

I took not well during the second scan and the technician was so quick to react and help me (providing water and biscuits and giving me plenty of time to come round)

Finally we were given a little gift along with our prints and we both left feeling extremely content and happy with our morning.

Could not recommend enough!!

I went for my gender scan today (sister got the envelope) and the girl doing my scan was just absolutely amazing she was so lovely I felt so comfortable with her and she was so gentle doing the scan, she did everything she could to let us get a perfect view of bubba, and even let us listen to the heartbeat again. Honestly she was so so lovely x

Easy to find and the staff are lovely, we went for an early scan and put our mind at ease. Looking to go back later in our pregnancy

The experience at elite ultrasound was 10/10. I have tried other ultrasound clinics with previous pregnancy and didn’t get a service half as good as I did at this place. The way the receptionist and sonographer was so welcoming and included our 3 year old son in the process of finding out the gender of our second baby, will never forget the special moment🤍 thank you so much ladies for a unforgettable experience. Will recommend you guys to anyone looking for this service!

Lovely experience and helped clarify our dates. Staff were lovely too.

Went for a 4d scan , and sadly our little menace had her hands feet and cord over her face 🤣! Elite were great , and rearranged an appointment two weeks later to try again at ho extra cost which was brilliant . The scanner was also lovely and made us feel at ease

All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The examination was very clear and we even got a lovely wee gift after it. It was a great experience and value for money.
