I have recently purchased a car from this showroom and I dealt with the manager Paul who was very helpful. There was no hard sale and he was very upfront and gave me all the facts that I needed to know and he had lots of patience as I had a lot of questions. I would recommend this sale room to anyone looking for a good second hand car thank you Paul I appreciate your help and advice.

I was looking for a Jaguar I-pace and spotted their advert. I visited the showroom and was met by James, who was as helpful as good be. After some chat I put down a deposit on the condition a few items were fixed before hand over, we agreed a timescale that was met and I duly collected the car. After driving it a few days I felt the steering was a little off, so rang and was delighted it would be taken in at my convenience to get fixed, plus the missing parcel shelf would be sorted as well. All in all a great deal and service.

I recently went to elitetradesales for my first car. I was a little nervous as it was my first time making a purchase of this sorts, but Paul, the sales associate was absolutely wonderful. The dealership was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions and queries in a easy to understand and honest way. I found the entire process to be straightforward, and the dealership, very reliable. In the end, I could not go through with the purchase for unrelated reasons but would absolutely return in the future when I am ready again to purchase a motor. Highly recommend all around.

Great service from the boys in Glasgow

Bought a car from there and was treated well. Free coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. Not pushy just friendly and informative. Unfortunately I did have an issue with the car after a few weeks but was sorted out but at my convenience and without grumble.

From start to finish the process
was smooth, professional and completely transparent and a special shout-out to Paul.

This would have been a far lower rating had James and Thomas not agreed to assist and out a faulty clutch right.
I bought the car in their Glasgow showroom and there was a noise with the clutch, we voiced our concern and was assured it was fine. We had it checked ourselves and literally after 3 months thw clutch was gone!
A big repair but we negotiated with James and after some to and fro they agreed to pay for the repairs, we went to an independent garage rather than try to take it back to Scotland as it wouldn’t survive the journey.
The guys were true to their word and paid for the repairs immediately, and for this I have given 5 stars. Thank you

Sold my daughter a car with worn break calipers which seized after 2 months. Refused to repair or pay for repair as per consumer rights act 2020. Also stated the rear springs had been replaced before we bought the car only for me to find out later they hadn't been changed. Please be wary buying a car here.

**Update** I have just seen James elaborate response to this review and must say, I dont think there was any need to get personal considering I have been polite throughout our interactions regarding this situation. We definitely have a different recollection of events but at no point was I disrespectful and I had hoped for the same courtesy.
There are many inaccuracies in the response, but I dont feel the need to highlight them here. I will take that up with trading standards.
I think the tone of the response validates my review to anyone reading it.

Great customer service and really helpful before and after sale, car was as described. I was buying from distance and beforehand I've got video and got point it out all bad points on car, not many car dealers would do that, so thanks very much

From Viewing the car, to being offered a test through to finalising a deal, there was no pressure from James the salesman at the Mollinsburn Branch.
I would recommend to anyone, any Issues were dealt with very quickly and with no fuss, altogether very Happy with our purchase and experience.

James was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us space to look around on our own. We were treated very nicely and answered any questions we asked. We would be very happy to recommend this garage.

Though I ended up not purchasing the vehicle I went to see, James at the Mollinsburn branch could not have been more helpful. Let me take my time inspecting the car, pointed out the one small chip it had in the bumper and did not pressure us at all. Really nice relaxed atmosphere would not hesitate to buy from them if they have a car I want in the future.

Bought car from cumbernauld depot Feb 2026 had issues with faulty fog light thomas said he would arrange repair never heard back for weeks
Eventually got contacted by james who deals with repairs brilliant experience car booked in and repaired same day overall happy with car

I got a car after heading through to check out 2 cars then a week later my partner also got a car from there. Both car were nicely presented and decent prices. So far both running well. James and Thomas were both really friendly and everything sales side was smooth and easy. Would use again, just hopefully not for a few years yet.
