When I arrive in the garage and have a look on the cars for sales every car was clean and ready for sale staff was amazing helpful they definitely knew what they talking about. I will definitely come back to that garage next time I’m buying a car

I wanted to write this company a review because I felt very comfortable in making the decision to buy the car I had my eye on. There was no hassle, no hard sell, I just received good information and options and compared to other sellers I’d visited in the past, it was a nice positive experience. Also, I did get what I reckoned was actually a really good deal from these guys and I’d gone there prepared to pay a fair bit more than I actually ended up doing which was a bonus. Good company, keep it up I’ll be sending my pals your way!

Don't know where to start tbh..
They had an Audi A6 advant for sale which I enquired about and went over to test drive it and the car was fine so put down a deposit of 500 ( I only wanted to put down 250 ) but because he was going to get the wheels returned I agreed to give Thomas an extra 250 making it 500. He phoned me up to say the car should be ready for Friday . ( This was on the Monday). But on Tuesday he said he needed another 450 to get the wheels done and it would come of the balance . Fine I thought. So Friday came and he called me to pick up the car at six....he called again to tell me it would now be around 7 as he was sending it for a valet.....but I was already on my way over. I arrived at six and waited for an hour or so then I seen my car arriving with someone whom I had never seen before coming out of it. I went over to check out my new valeted car...yip carpets dirty empty plastic bottles ect... I should have smelt a rat at that point, they had been using the car for there own agendas after I had paid the deposit. This i know because of the milage and half a tank of fuel gone. I went in and paid the remainder of the balance close to 8pm and went out to the car to go home. On starting the car it announced that their was only 5 miles worth of fuel in the tank ... I went back to the elite to say to Thomas the car has no fuel.. o how he came to my rescue...he opened the flap to reveal that there was no fuel cap on it to keep fuel in the tank.. only the outside flap. But again he rescued me by promptly cutting a fuel cap of another Audi from his cars , he then went in to pour around 10 litres of diesel from a Gerry can... Once finished I jumped into the car and headed home. Next morning I started the car only for it to sound like a bag of spanners had been dropped in the engine. I took it to a mate up the road who's a mechanic and he told me that the knocking was an injector. I contacted Thomas after to let him know that the car was coming back to elite. After I arrived he said he wanted to test drive it with me which we did and the knocking from the engine continued..... He said ...O. THAT KNOCKING WAS THERE WE YOU TEST DROVE IT , IT'S ALWAYS BEEN THERE.... I never got the car back after some false promises. he finally agreed to refund me less the 500 deposit and the 450 for the wheels being refurbished. I drove 38 miles in the car and it cost me very dearly..... Be warned..... Lots of lies and false bullshit

BE VERY CAREFUL
I bought a car 5 weeks ago after 13 days the clutch went (automatic). It's been in the garage for three weeks as Thomas refused to pay for it stating his garage can do it cheaper(I would really question this garage ability as they said there was nothing wrong with parts when they were clearly sheered off) so he's not paying the price quoted. This was the garage authorised by the "warranty " company. The warranty refused to fix stating wear and tear so elite advised they would only pay £800 towards the cost meaning I had to stump up the difference. This has been going on for 3 weeks without a car. Just found out Thomas completely misled me and the garage (by saing hes doing me a favour by paying 800) but he's is claiming the warranty are doing him a favour by paying 600 of the cost so he's only paying 200. I'm still largely out of pocket. And had to do all the running around. They are all great when buying a car all nicey nice but after care is a disgrace. And now amazingly so once I find this information out and asked for a refund there's no reply typical. PLEASE AVOID might be cheap cars but pay extra and get good customer service. The few reviews on here also say there's issues with cars bought so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
