My family and I arrived at a dirty…
My family and I arrived at a dirty condo. The bed had been made but the linen had visible stains all over comforter, sheets, pillow cases, and the bathrooms countertops were disgusting. I reach out to the office and they appear to be annoyed because “it’s not their policy to change the comforter after every stay”. They sent a cleaning company to clean the property it took three plus hours. I did not receive a follow up call nor an apology. I would not recommend this vacation home to family and friends.

Our records indicate we sent over our housekeeping team, on the same day you arrived, to immediately address your concerns. We are glad to have had the opportunity to assist with you concerns, however are truly very sorry you were inconvenienced.
Per your request, the comforters were removed and professionally cleaned. We’re glad we could help, but regret you were inconvenienced.

Better Customer Service
3 Stars due to the poor customer service. I have stayed with Elite Homes about 3 times now and this was the first time my family and I received such poor customer service and lack of concern for making the guest feel welcomed and appreciated. The house was very nice, but extremely costly with much needed repairs. We also paid for pool heat for the entire week, but did not have a heated pool neither day except for the last day, before we left and it rained all day. The doors didnt lock on master and other bedrooms so that sucks for privacy and we had to throughly detail clean the kitchen table and highchair which had visible dirt in the cracks on the table and the high chair was full of stains. The game room also was not the same as the one pictured online and the dart board and ping pong table net were broke. Granted they do not have to provide extra items such as stroller, high chair, and crib but they should be cleaned after each guest leaves if they used them. Better rating would have been giving with better customer service because the house and the view is marvelous!

We strive to meet and exceed every guests’ expectations and are deeply saddened to hear you were dissatisfied with our customer service. Please know we have strongly addressed this matter and can assure you this type of situation will not happen again. We hope you will accept our sincerest apology and heartfelt regret.
The average heated pool temperature will run 83° to 86° Fahrenheit, depending on the outside air temperature. Pool heat temperatures are typically no more than 10° lower than the outside air temperature. Our records indicate our maintenance team measured the pool temperature and found your pool heat to be within range. Because of the rain we experienced while you were here, this likely caused the outside air temperature to drop. We apologize for this inconvenience and regret you were not pleased with the temperature.
Not all the bedroom doors within the vacation homes, come standard with bedroom door locks. We regret the inconvenience this caused you and sincerely apologize.
We have addressed the dart board and ping pong table net in the games room and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for this inconvenience and have employed new policies to ensure this will not happen again moving forward.
Guest satisfaction is our paramount concern and we truly hope you will give us another opportunity to host your stay again in the future.

House was nice. Good location. Only down fall needed new bed linen. Had to remove a frog from one of the rooms upstairs. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Excellent company and outstanding customer service. The vacation homes are reasonably priced and conveniently located about 10 minutes from the major Disney destinations.

The house was great
The house was great! Just a few things missing. No paper towels. I would think they would furnish at least one roll. There were no box of tissues in the bathrooms. Like the paper towels, at least one per bathroom would have been nice. The master bathroom needs a little tender care. One of the basins was chipped. You can tell it's age. Same with the shower, it needs some deep cleaning, maybe regrouting. Loved the pool area, looking at the lake, but it would have been nice to have a handle to get in or out of the pool. Hedges on one side made it private at least on one side. All and all a great house, just some minor issues.

The homes are self-catering therefore toiletries, like paper towels and tissues, are not provided. We understand renting a vacation home is very different from a hotel room and try to convey those differences to every guest via booking confirmation and website.
