I purchased 3 items from this company. Their marketing claimed to be "closing out inventory" from their jewelry business. Come to find out, this is a complete lie. They sell jewelry from a number of Chinese firms. (I could have gotten the same quality from one of our dollar stores here in the USA). They did not supply an order confirmation with an order number and none of their following emails regarding tracking showed an order number either. Their return policy says that if you provide them with an order number, reason for return, and how you want your money returned, they will respond within 24 hours. THEY HAVE NOT although I have emailed them everyday at two different email addresses since the delivery. This company is a total scam. They may have been legitimate at some point, but they are NO LONGER TRUSTWORTHY OR REPUTABLE! Save your money. For those reading their reply... yes, I believed I have the right (and same) company... Ella Mae Jewellery in the UK and spelled Ella Mae Jewelry being marketed to the USA... ellamae-jewelry.com
