Claiming to be based in Toronto and a syory of a mother and daughter boutique. They are total fraud, cheap merchandise shipped from China. Will take ages to deliver if they are very deliver! Whoever purchased, dispute payment with your bank and report them at Competition Bureau of Canada.

I received 2shirts and 2 dresses I am so choked and disappointed, the fabric is horrible, the sleeves too tight I think it is a cam, don’t bye, I am going to send them back, all I have is an address on the package, no note with the goods.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING FROM NORA&ELLIE TORONTO THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! They say they are in Toronto that is a lie there merchandise comes from China. They send you the wrong size, takes almost 3 weeks to get your order and when received its cheap quality. Upon trying to return or get your proper size sent They start offering 10%, 20% refund or 20% contribution fee and to keep the merchandise. I truly recommend reading reviews before ordering from this company. I hope something is done with this company reported so they cannot continue to scam ppl! STAY CLEAR OF NORA&ELLIE TORONTO

I ordered a linen blouse that was supposed to be £100 before for £29.99. When it arrived it wasn’t linen and was cheap material that you wouldn’t pay £10.00 for. An absolute scam. 😡😡😡😡

If I could give this less than one star, I would have. This “company” is a complete scam, the blouse I ordered was made from cheap polyester material, it was a shapeless mess. The blouse came from a company called “Kensington and Ivy” apparently “on behalf”of Ella & Nora Toronto.so I reiterate, it’s just a total scam

I paid for my clothing on 28 April 2026. There is no news from them when it will be delivered. Emails are replied by office of Ella and Nora, Toronto - these are generic mails, that it will be delivered within 7 days, it has now reached to may be 16 days or more. The company has no return or refund policy.I ordered and paid for my item on Bennett and Ivy's website, Kensington UK hoping it will be delivered from their shop. It seems now whole thing is a scam.

A very disappointed and angry customer

No reply to my email regarding when my shoes will be shipped. Have my order but cannot find out if they are shipped or when they will arrive. My emails are being returned. I am concerned that I have paid for these and cannot get in touch with them.

Ella & Nora Toronto is a scam! This company false advertises both their clothing, store location and their return policy. I ordered 4 outfits and they only arrived from China after I contacted the company multiple times to see why an order from Toronto was not arriving within a few days. I was responded to from a different company Bennett and Ivy Kensington and the clothing eventually shipped from China. The quality is nothing like the pictures and even though the sizes were checked they do not fit. I have tried to return the clothing for a complete refund as their website stated that refunds could be easily made within 30 days. They are now saying they were discounted and are final sale and non-refundable. What appeared to be a Canadian company is not – it is just a scam and while I fell for it please don’t trust them and do not order from them!

I would give a negative no stars if I could.
They are putting pictures up of clothing that looks nothing like the tatt you receive, it’s some Chinese rubbish, thin polyester, the quality is terrible!

Order took month to arrive. I ordered from Bennett & Ivy Kensington which gave impression that it was a UK firm. When shirt arrived it looked cheap and nasty. The shirt only had 4 buttons so it can only be put on over the head. I am elderly and can't do this. They still refused anv exchange or refund. Outrageous. Avoid this company. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Warning!! This company doesn’t advertise truthfully. They sell very low quality products that are shipped to you directly from China. I bought some shoes and the stitching was very poor quality and the material was not cut to match, leaving excess material. The white toe cap of the Converse-like runner was extremely cheap plastic that was disformed and was not flat like real Converse shoes are. I sent in an email to ask for a refund and they offered me a 5% and then a 10% discount for me to keep the shoes. They make the customer pay for return shipping to China, if you want a full refund. That is over $30 minimum from Vancouver. They offered a 45% discount after a dozen emails back and forth. Do not order anything from this company, ever! Tell your friends as well!

Terrible a complete con thought I was buying in the uk it was china the shirt was advertised as linen it was polyester and spandex very poor quality they would not refund although it says so in there web site and on instagram don’t buy from them

I was under the impression i was buying from a British firm Bennett and Ivy Kensington. I received an acknowledgement from them and Nora and Ellie Toronto Canada. However the goods come from China. This is not made clear on the original site and I would not have ordered had it been made clear

The shoes are made in China and are cheap looking and made of low-grade materials. The advertising is chic but the product is NOT! When I wanted to return the shoes, I could not, even though the small print claims one can return any product with 30 days, no hassle. I went back and forth with an employee via email and she/the company claims that I could not get a refund due to the shoes being “on sale” though she could not produce proof, not even a screenshot of this “fine print”. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not advise anyone to shop with this company…that appears to be SO Canadian, but it NOT!

I ordered clothing from Ella & Nora (also operating under “Bennett & Ivy Kensington”) through a Facebook advertisement, believing it was a Toronto-based store. This turned out to be very misleading.
The items were shipped using YunExpress from overseas, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. The sizing was completely inconsistent — I ordered XL, but some items were too small while others were too large.
When I contacted customer service, they responded politely but were not helpful. Their response was simply that I should have read everything carefully, and that they are not responsible for the issue.
This shows a lack of transparency and accountability. Important details like shipping origin and accurate sizing should be clearly communicated before purchase.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company. Please be cautious.

Junk. The shoes look like they are from a dollar store. I tried to cancel the order but was told they could give a 10% refund on $94. Other wise I can pay shipping and customs and it wouldn’t really be worth it. Don’t waster your money
