Amazing as always, would not shop anywhere else ❤️

I am a silent Elsabelle fan. Introduced to this boutique through my daughter. Love the clothes and the fact that the boutique caters for plus size and is honest about the sizing. Elsabelles community is like a family to the boutiques owner and she has great interaction on her lives with them all. Very responsive to any enquiry you have. Highly recommended the boutique. Fabulous place for shopping for both mum and daughter.

Great slippers, fantastic communication. Lovely little business.

Amazing experience. Delivery was super fast, clothing is good quality. The customer service is amazing! Definitely would recommend! :)

Fantastic service as always and quick delivery too

Gives me confidence!

I've been using this shop for a couple of years now and the clothing on this website always fits so much nicer than typical high-street clothes. I think it's because of the one size fits all so you don't have to guess the size! It's great as I'm in-between sizes and it always fits well and in the right places.

Would 100% recommend, especially for affordable fashion 😀

Delivery was super speedy and always packaged really well. Considering the store is run by 1 person, and she receives so many orders in a day, I've never had a late order! It's amazing how she does it all! She's superwoman 💕

Watching TikTok lives I have wanted to order from here for a while! On this particular live the seller was directing people away from buying on TikTok and onto her website - during this particular live she stated At no point during my interaction “claims” are no refundable. So when you’re sent to her site to quickly pay and secure your item you’re then “signed up” to her no returns policy.

I claimed 4 items. All really low quality.
For the prices I would be happy to accept the items as I’m not against some lesser quality items as an avid She1n lover. However 2 of the trousers were completely see through… what am I supposed to do with these? And the dress I ordered was POOR the quality the threads hanging off it - I was so shocked she was selling these full price at £40 in her TT shop! (I paid £15 during a claim) I raised a return request and was denied due to her “no returns” policy - I have tried to argue this given I cannot use the trousers and the dress is terrible but she is sticking to her guns and will not help.

I understand policies etc but in particular to send me such a poor quality dress with all these loose threads is really disappointing.

First time longing customer - never to return.

Thanks Els 😟

RESPONSE TO SELLER;
I fully understand policies but you sent me a faulty product and refused to rectify it “due to policy” that’s against consumer laws. You haven’t asked me for any photos I would happily send them but no you’ve blocked me. Also claiming to trust polite this review isn’t for you business. I used paypals resolution centre and they sided with me because it was correct.

Great Items & Fast shipping

I love the quality of the clothes

Purchased some great items on a TikTok live. Great prices, good quality and quick delivery. Website is really easy to navigate, would recommend to others.

Excellent seller and products highly recommend

I cannot express how much I love the clothing here at Elsabelle!
The owner is the loveliest soul, extremely helpful, and the clothes are amazing! So many versatile pieces that add comfort and style to every outfits!
Thank you Elsabelle!

So so good I ordered one of molly mae outfits which was meant for my holiday however it never came in time I emailed and they replied straight away and I received my outfit the next day

This boutique seem decent, while they are reasonably priced. But the packaging wasn't as impressive as i hoped, and delivery took longer than anticipated. By the way customer service was responsive.

Sent wrong item
5 days has passed and correct item still not received even though I paid next day delivery
Refusing to refund delivery
Ignores emails

Absolutely Love The Clothes I Get Of ElsaBelle Would Recommend To Anyone
