Elves Bike UK & Europe Avaliações

Amazing customer service from Simon. He replies almost instantly no matter the time of the day, and he sorted me out with a custom paint Falath EXP for an amazing price. I could not be happier with the service and highly recommend.

I want to sincerely thank the team at Elves Bikes UK for their outstanding customer service and genuine care. After a disappointing experience with a local bike dealer, I reached out directly to Elves, and from the very first reply, I felt heard, respected, and supported.

Despite the fact that the assembly errors were not Elves' responsibility, they still went above and beyond to help us. They handled our concerns with great professionalism and empathy, and even offered a replacement cockpit to help solve a bike fit issue caused by the dealer. That kind of support is rare and shows how much they care about every rider’s experience, even after the sale.

The communication was fast, friendly, and reassuring throughout. It’s clear that Elves not only produces top-quality frames and components, but also stands behind their customers with integrity and commitment.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a brand that combines innovation with authentic, human service. Thank you again, Elves, you've truly earned our trust.

Brought a Falath Pro for my son, absolutely stunning bike and he loves it! Great customer service

Just brilliant! After much research and deliberation I opted for the Falath Pro Disc custom paint and what a beautiful beautiful frame, Chameleon paint fade just looks awesome, everyone that’s seen it just looks in awe as it really stands out as one of a kind!

The ride is amazing, the handling almost telepathic, just point where you want to go and it just goes, paired with a set of 50mm Scribe Elan Superlight wheels this bike just wants to go fast, so effortless it’s unreal.

Thanks again Simon and the team for such a lovely buying experience and for the top notch frame, bars and seat package, looks and ride superbly so thanks 1000%

From the first enquiry, throughout the order process and after sales. The customer service was exemplary. Very quick replies. No problem with any question. Very enthusiastic and positive attitude.
The bike itself was delivered within the timeframe estimated. Very well packaged and protected. Was built with little problem. All seemed well made/machined within tolerances.
Bottom line is it looks fantastic (custom paint) and is amazing to ride. Excellent value for money.
Those western brands need to learn from you!
