My Ben Nye Creme foundation came damaged, and the emails show it occured in their factory. I was offered only a regular refund, not a partial or a replacement as it looked scratched to hell. When i emailed Tim, he was rude and did not respond to my last email about how new products should look new when being sent to customers. Horrible service, buy from the company website directly instead of Embellish.

Ordered three identical mustaches. They arrived in plastic crush proof cases, which told me that the one that was noticeably crunched was mishandled before they were shipped. Also the pieces were much lighter in tone than what the photos suggested. I wrote to ask about these irregularities. One rep told me that the sample photos are provided by the supplier, which Embellish should correct with the supplier, but instead makes it the customer's problem when the item doesn't match. Another rep told me the damaged mustache couldn't possibly have been mishandled before they sent it. Returned these items in the original undamaged box confident that with these two big issues I could get a full refund, but no, I was charged a 20 percent "restocking fee" (put the items back on the shelf). Ordered something online from a different site and had a good experience. Bottom line, I got something from Embellish that appeared much different than advertised, part of the shipment was already damaged, they took my money anyway

Very easy to talk to and knew exactly what I wanted! Got the cutest crewneck, and had so many compliments on it! Will order from here again 100%!

I recently tried to get ahold of Ben, one of the owners, via his business card by the register of the store.

I called once and left a voice mail with no response, so I tried again the next day. He answered in a fake Chinese accent and proceeded to neg me until I hung up the call. The rudeness of that and the following email exchanges (because I've had plenty of pleasant interactions w him at the store, so i was CERTAIN it wasnt him), not to mention the blatant racism, will make sure that I definitely never step foot in this store again.

Incredibly disappointing. I've been shopping here for years and would sing their praises to anyone who'd listen. Waiting for shipping sucks but if it means not supporting someone who actively caricatures stereotypical accents, and berates their customers, then that's an easy decision.

Great products, and getting an email from the cofounder when one of the items from my order wasn't available at first and would be shipped later was awesome.

My coat shipped quickly. I was provided tracking information and was notified when my coat was delivered. The coat is in excellent condition and fits well.

From the begging Embellish FX has been top level in every aspect. From their customer service and keeping me in the loop about my order, to their selection of products on their page! I was able to find products that I wasn’t able to find on amazon, online or on the page of the brand that makes this product (Kryolan TV Paint Stick). Was able to find it on Embellish FX so I made sure to get a couple of each of the colors I needed! Price with shipping to LA was lower than the actual brand's website. Arrived on time, nicely packaged.
