As you've probably figured out, this company are scammers and they've taken advantage of people in a desperate situation.

If you've paid they by credit card, please dispute with your credit card company and raise a chargeback.

Also leave them a one star Google review and report them to trading standards.

You will get your money back with a charge back but it will take you 60 days.

For the records, we were charged £149 call out charge for a plumber that didn't even turn up. We're lucky it seems that they never turned up because by other reviews here, it's evident that the "work" they carry out will be vastly overpriced.

We got a local plumber and they only charged £80 for call out and repair (leaking toilet, needed pipe replacing)

Called as my boiler wouldn’t fire up so no heating or hot water.
Told they could come in 2-3 hours and I had to text my address, then I received a link to pay a non-refundable call out fee of £179.
I questioned this and was told I couldn’t be booked in until I paid.
I didn’t.
Managed to get hold of a local well known plumber who is charging £69 call out and I can pay any costs within 7 days.
He said this company sound like a scam and he’s never heard of them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish I had seen these reviews before booking. Needed an emergency plumber told the upfront call out fee was £250. Looked in my bank account and £300 had been taken! Called back within 2 minutes to dispute this and cancel the plumber. Told that this was none refundable and that this payment even though not agreed would be taken out even though we cancelled the plumber. Scammer! Do not use this company avoid at all costs! If I could give a 0 I would! Reported as a scam ! Someone needs to get this place shut down

Charged £75 call out fee - paid online - then texted by “engineer” to say send photos of water leak and payment needed “before job starts” and £350 without seeing the job. Didn’t pay and trying to reclaim initial payout ! Left with no water at all even drinking water overnight. Scumbags!

Further to my previous review, by way of update, I called in a professional plumber! When he looked at the boiler he informed me that a wire had been pulled! These lying scammers told me I needed a boiler! Do yourselves favours and don’t make the same mistake I did as have others leaving reviews.

I called this outfit in an emergency with water flooding through my ceiling. I duly paid the call out fee via the link I was texted and then cancelled shortly afterwards and before any service provided. I was then only told that my money would not be refunded as the engineer was already on his way to my house. The only problem with that falsehood was that I had already spoken to the engineer who told me that he hadn’t set off yet because he was still finishing off a job. I was then referred to some terms and conditions that are nowhere to be seen when you pay/book. I have now issued court proceedings. Trustpilot should give you the ability to give a negative score for exactly this sort of scammer.

1 star because you can't leave none. Wow I wish I'd read these reviews. Unfortunately when you're called to your 88 year old parents house in the middle of the night yo water flowing everywhere you panic and call out an emergency plumber. Well after paying 175 for him to get out of bed we waited 1.50 hours. He said he was on another job 20 minutes away. An obvious lie. Well after a cursory glance into the toilet cistern he said it all needed replacing and it would cost my dad over £900 . I was shocked and challenged him! New bathroom would cost less. Then he reduced to 600. This man is an unscrupulous dishonest charlatan exploiting vulnerable desperate people. I chased him from their home! We couldn't turn the water supply tap so he said we'd have to pay him £175 to do that. In the end it took a quarter turn of the very obvious inlet pipe behind the loo. The parts aren't all in need of replacing either. Thus business needs to be stopped from operating.

They fixed a minor dishwasher problem. Pulled the unit out of the wall - he claims that he did not but I was here and was watching him do it. Now my fuse is blowing on the dishwasher. He says is not his problem and I need to call an electrician. The electricity was fine before he fixed the pipe!

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY. It's a total scam which will cost you a lot of money and you won't get anything fixed!
Was charged £372 for boiler repair call out. Complete incompetent person turned up and took 2 minutes to mis-diagnose the fault(said it was the heat exchanger not working...but he didn't actually know the difference between a heat exchanger and an expansion tank! The fault was actually a non-operational pump). They then advised it would cost £3500 for a replacement part(cost £150) which in any event would not have fixed the problem! I have reported them to the Police and Trading Standards. Luckily I am getting a Visa charge- back.

Disgusted with my service £175 call out. He was here one and half hours and I was charged £1140.00 to shut off a radiator then connect it back as the radiator came off the wall. The connections are poor that he did and he didn’t know how to test the radiator. I was furious. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. The job is still not complete, they never tested the radiator as the plumber didn’t know how to with my boiler??? Also never fitted the radiator valve back on. Due to being in a panic and needing a plumber I never read the reviews and wish I had, but with water coming out of the pipe I was concerned about damage.

This company should be banned. £175 callout and £595 to isolate a radiator that was leaking. Tenant arranged and paid it so I'm stuck with the bill. Outrageous.

I appreciate my incident did not happen till 9.20pm in the evening. Aware there will be a call out fee, which their call out fee is £175 before they will even get an engineer to speak to you. I then had to ring again as had not heard anything. Finally got a call 2 hours later to say would be here at 1.30am. He got here and yes he mumbled a quote, I was tired (as I appreciate he was too), but for less than 15mins work of taking my shower off and isolating the pipes where does £850 come from. Yes I am a woman on her own, who else am I going to call at 1.30am in the morning when I have work and all I want to do is sleep. (nobody else fault I know) You are over a barrel. Anyone else out there, do not use these.
I did message the person who I originally called to question this and he said I was to take it up with the engineer. Which I hasten to say I had whose response was thats the price. He earned over £56 a min. If I could have stuck it out till the morning I would have but commitments unfortunately were against me.
Avoid using at all costs.

My advice would be to avoid calling this firm at all costs. Had I read these reviews before contacting them, I would have avoided wasting £210 , with nothing to show for it. £210 for a call out charge is daylight robbery! I shouldn’t have agreed, but, having cancelled the appointment, at least I won’t incur the exorbitant bills some of their customers have. My request , to service 2 radiators, wasn’t even an emergency!

I should have read the reviews as my experience seems fairly standard based on the other reviews. £175 call out and then regardless of what the job is they quote £750 plus vat. All I needed was the water turning off. As other reviewers say, avoid at all costs. Appalling customer service.

Tried to charge £175.00 (non-refundable) just to quote for the job! Then wanted £550.00 to do the job, I ended up doing it myself for £40.00 of material plus an hour of my hour.

I BEG YOU, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

The way they display their terms and conditions on their websites does not stand up in court nor is it legal.

I feel very strongly that this company is scamming people. I called the emergency number and told to pay £175 before they would take the booking for a call out. Once paid I was quoted £750 to change a tap. I refused the quote but couldn’t get my £170 back as this is non refundable. The banner info on their website is designed to mislead you. No call out charge, no fix no fee and money back promise - non of which are true.

Giving a 1 star review is generous don’t know how this man sleeps at night charged me £550+£175 call out to spend 10 minutes unscrewing a pipe cleaning the end and screwing it back in took advantage of a young family with a 4 day old baby as we needed the water to make up baby formula absolute disgrace and it’s people like him that give tradesmen a bad name how he can justify charging people this amount is criminal, stay well clear absolute cowboy who should be shut down.

Never use this firm. Had a pin hole leak in a bedroom radiator at midnight . Tried to turn the valve off but that was stuck, which then broke when turning with pliers This caused a major leak. Called this firm who quoted £195 just for the call out. Paid this even though it was a little steep expecting them to cap off the radiator in with the price as it would only be a 30 min job for a plumber. But no, when he arrived 2 hours later he said the price to cap off would be £590 (yes, for half hours work), then the cost of parts on top. That’s an hourly rate of just short of £1200. As we rent the property and could get the work done for free by the letting agency he got told what I thought of them in no uncertain terms. He seemed a bit perplexed that I wouldn’t be going ahead with their services. I wonder why! I would prefer to sit there all night emptying a bucket and contact our letting agent in the morning. This company makes Bonnie and Clyde look legitimate.

Had a burst pipe at 10pm at night and my apartment was flooding. Contacted this company which wanted £195 upfront before they sent anyone. When he arrived he said it was going to cost just short of £1000 for apparent parts and labour.
The parts are approx £10-£20. After a phone call to his manager he dropped the price to £495. Hmmmm very suspicious. I would advise anyone who needs an out of hour emergency plumber Not to use this company. It’s obvious they take advantage of vulnerable people.
