Our Emirates experience was nothing short of excellent. We flew from Orlando to Dubai then on to Maldives and back again. Each of our four flights were demonstrative of superior service and everything from the entertainment, to the food service, to the cleanliness of the aircraft was on point.

Exceptional is what our experience was: the care,
courtesy, & professionalism was ideal. Everything was included.
My family & friends have only been home a few days, and are looking at booking another Emirates Vacation!

The experience with Emirates Vacations were exceptional, surpassed our expectations. From the first moment on arriving in Dubai airport, streamlining the entry procedures to transportation to and from the hotel, everything was exceptional. Will travel with you again.

This has been such a wonderful experience from the beginning of our booking till the end of our trip. Customer service overall with Emirates Vacation has been outstanding. My mother and a couple of her friends are so excited they booked a trip to Dubai on Emirates. I told them all about the service that Emirates provided.
The flight crew was delightful and pleasant. My expectations was blown away. I will continue to do my best to book all of my vacations with emirates vacation. I felt at ease and I had a lot of questions in the beginning. Trust was built and they got our business.
The only thing I would say is to wrap your luggage or use the soft cover luggage instead of the hard shell. I traveled with a brand new hard shell and the corners were cracked after receiving them at baggage claim.

Excellent service and also quite helpful when we initially had to postpone due to travel restrictions, etc. I have traveled many place and found the service and experience to be top notch with Emirates, along with Dubai. Looking forward to another trip.

I just experienced the most amazing vacation to Dubai via Emirates Airlines. We booked a holiday package with air and hotel included. The onboard customer service was magnificent to include the attentiveness of the flight attendants, the meals and beverage options, and most of all, the comfort of the seats since it was such a long flight. There was nothing lacking to assure a great experience. Our hotel was 5 star and in the best location for the top 5 sights. Again, customer service was excellent with the hotels staff and room amenities were such that you felt at home; spacious rooms and views of the city from my room was breathtaking. Highly recommend Emirates and can’t wait to take my next holiday.

Emirates vacation took care of everything. Hotels were amazing. They recommended awesome hotels at a very good price. When I go back to UAE I will on book with Emirates vacations.

Everything was great. Only downfall was the check in process in Orlando was somewhat unorganized. You got there on time 3 hours before and worry uf you will make your flight. Hotel was great. All our excursions were through Emirates and were great. All the people from flight thru hotel and excursions went beyond expectations to make us satisfied.

My wife always wanted to travel on Emirates Airlines. During one of her Emirates searches, she came across Emirates Vacations with a more than reasonably priced package for two to Dubai.

We were not disappointed. Not only was the price right, but ...

The flight to/from was better than expected with wonderful meals and entertainment.
The pre-arranged car service to/from the hotel was first rate.
The hotel was reasonable and convenient to the train station. PLUS our package included breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. The meals were plentiful and good eating.

No doubt we recommend Emirates vacations.

I used Emirates Vacations for my partner's birthday. From start to finish I was impressed with the level of excellent customer service I was met with. During my vacation, I had to make changes to the dates of my trip and it was super easy to do. I was accommodated effortlessly! It is a one-stop exceptional shop. I was able to book my airfare, hotel, and travel service to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to use this service.

From the time I made my reservation to the time I arrived home I felt I had a personal travel agent and new best friend. My vacation specialist helped me choose a hotel in the best area for me in the JBR district. I felt completely safe walking late at night. Both of my transfer drivers were very punctual. I strongly recommend Emirates Vacations. I plan on using them again once I get back into reality.

Very accommodating, well planned and we got amazing room on the club level! Our Emirates Rep helped give suggestions and the 24-hr hotline calmed us when we were waiting for our PCR results. Our airport transfers drivers were very professional and hospital and accommodating!

This was our first trip on Emirates. The service provided and the staff was very professional and helpful. Our trip was originally scheduled for Dec. We had to cancel that reservation and make another one for Nov. Every time I called Emirates my questions were answered. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. I especially liked being able to book all of our tours ahead of time. We knew when we arrived what we were doing each day and when we had free time. Best vacation ever!

Emirates vacations was an excellent opportunity for us to use for both business and leisure. My husband travels a lot for work, so when I looked into going with him on an extended vacation for me and work conference for him I was pleased to see that the prices for both air snd hotel were great. As a matter of fact I could not come close to their price and I have booked many trips.
We had two conferences in Dubai and one in Switzerland, Emirates vacations representatives answered all our questions with confidence and grace. Our trip to Switzerland was cancelled due to Covid so we had a bit of a hiccup, the person I spoke to was wonderful, she helped me so much and I wish I had her name that I could tell you.
I would recommend Emirates vacations to anyone, and hopefully we can use them again in the future.

We are so displeased with Emirates vacations and would not recommend them at all. We booked in October for our vacation in December and a week prior to our travel date they sent us an email to say they need to relocate us of the hotel we already paid in full for and we had the confirmation for back in october. We are leaving to the states in 2 days and we have no hotel to stay at as they are still trying to fix the problem. They won’t communicate with us u less we call. And each time we call we are on hold for an average 45-60 min and today I spent 90 min on hold. I will complain to consumer protection and take it even higher than that.

Just came from Maldives and Dubai all thru Emirates Vacations will do it again again for sure.

I had a great time with this vacation to Dubai. I experienced one long wait time over the phone but most of my calls went through right away and was responded with customer friendly representatives. The trip itself including the plane, hotel and breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend this package.

We bought vacation package for December 2021. Due rising cases of Covid and omicron
we decided reschedule the travel as didn’t feel safe travel with kids.
We on hold for solid 2 hours before representative came on phone.

He very rude and said if want cancel you lose your money. Tried explain called reschedule not cancel.
“You can only reschedule until Nov(11 months) not December. We requested reschedule March ( pricing hotel and airlines much cheaper in March compared to December. There was almost 3000$ less in March compared December)
They would not make any adjustments, , no difference refund , won’t give different/ better hotel or credit money for future use.”
This is total rip off!!!
I would NOT recommend anyone book through emirate vacations.

This was my first time taking a trip using Emirates Vacations to Dubai. From the beginning… the representatives we're very helpful, accommodating, and patient with my many questions. They helped me with the process of booking my trip and answered all of the questions that I had regarding my trip. They also provided helpful information that I hadn't even thought about. On my flight, the flight attendants were very pleasant and accommodating. They made sure that I was comfortable during the long flight. I seen them maintain their professionalism when dealing with a somewhat rude passenger. I would recommend this airline.
