I’ve ordered 4 times now from EM MOTO. 1st time went ok but shipping took forever. 2nd time I was sent the helmets pads - the center pad was correct but the cheek pads were the wrong size. I didn’t notice this mistake until sometime after as the bags weren’t marked with the sizes. The package was also sent to the wrong address which I was able to retrieve. It’s been two weeks and no response from EM MOTO on their mistake. 3rd order was smooth. Now awaiting 4th order. Will update accordingly.

J’ai envoyé plusieurs mail demandant qu’il me rembourse et aucune réponse à cela malgré 4 mails et plusieurs message sur facebook !!
Je vais faire intervenir l’assurance de ma visa pour me faire remboursé !!

I purchased a top AGV Pista helmet saving over $600.00 buying directly from EM MOTO rather than here in Orlando Florida. The helmet arrived on time and was flawless. They had exceptional customer care and responded immediately. No brainer if you want top quality gear at an exceptional price!

Leider sehr enttäuschender Online Händler, daher aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen! Telefonisch wurde mir ein VAT Refund zugesagt, nur aus diesem Grund hatte ich dort auch einen Artikel für knapp 300 € bestellt. Die Lieferung hat zudem recht lange gedauert. Als ich dann den Nachweis (offizielle Zolldeklaration) für die Ausfuhr aus Deutschland einreichte um die MWST zurück zu fordern wurden mir die 41€ verweigert. Trotz unzähliger Emails die hin und her geschickt wurden, blieb EM Moto S.r.l. stur und hat mir die Mehrwertsteuer nicht erstattet. Wenn ein Mitarbeiter des Hauses ein falsche Information rausgibt, sollte nicht der Kunde dafür die Schuld tragen. Aus diesem Grund werde ich nie mehr dort etwas bestellen! :-(

Ich habe Ihnen den Nachweis der Ausfuhr aus Deutschland geschickt. Die vom deutschen Zoll abgestempelte Ausfuhrbescheinigung, aus diesem Grund entfällt die deutsche Mehrwertsteuer, welche Sie mir verweigern auszuzahlen. Somit behalten Sie diese Steuer unrechtmässig! Aus diesem Grund erwarte ich von Ihnen, dass dieser Betrag zurück erstattet wird!

They lie about shipping then go quiet. Won’t return an email quickly. Filed a dispute with PayPal. I tried to save a few bucks.

Update:

After I filed a PayPal dispute I miraculously got a shipping notice with a not live number. Let’s see how this goes? It’s from Italy Post so I will see if it becomes live.

Update:

Two days later and the tracking number they gave me still is not live. As expected they lied about shipping it.

After three days the tracking number went live.

Product did arrive. Their communication is not the best but it showed up and in good condition. I updated my rating to 4 stars. Good prices but communication needs work. Set your expectations accordingly.

Lieferung erfolgt, alle bürokratischen Dinge (Versand, Zoll etc.) eine schlichte Katastrophe. Umgang mit mir als Kunden respektlos und ignorant. Finger weg!

Do not recommend this company.
I expect when the order is paid for, it will be handle and shipped within the next couple of days. It took 3 weeks and a coupe of emails to get it from Italy to Norway. 3 weeks????
Terrible costumer service also.

This place is a joke . Ordered a online in stock exhaust for a 2023 gsx8s exhaust says 5 to 15 working days to ship and has been over 40 days still nothing ... ask what's going on and keep getting lied to ! Order says processing still... Received a email last week was gonna ship still hasn't no updates on tracking just a nightmare . Stay away !

Very very upset with EM.MOTO purchased a $700 Termignoni exhaust with quality defects. They were rude and completely unwilling to help me and resolve the issue, basically told me to go buy rivets and fix it myself.
