Habe einen Helm bestellt, jedoch fiel die Grösse anders aus als üblich. Habe zwar auf meine Kosten den Helm zurückgesendet, den mit der passenden Grösse bekam ich jedoch kostenfrei zugesendet. Die Bearbeitung bzw. die Prüfung des zurückgesendeten Helmes hat schon eine Woche gedauert und rechtzeitig antworten wollte man erst als der Käuferschutz in Anspruch genommen wurde, leider.
Ansonsten zufrieden, der Preis war sehr gut.

Bonjour, j'ai commandé un casque ARAI Série Limitée. Très bon contact avec le service client du paiement à la livraison. J'ai reçu le colis et j'ai tout de suite été rassurée par l'emballage au top. Que ce soit dans la boîte du casque, celle de l'écran et le colis lui-même, tout était protégé de partout. Pour moi, très bon avis de EM MOTO. Je conseille.

Très très content de ce site, je vois que certains ont eu de mauvaises expériences avec Em-moto à voir les commentaires.
La personne que j’ai contacté par mail a toujours été très réactif et professionnel.
Je ne peux que recommander ce site qui pour ma part a été très sérieux et à respecter les délais.
Prix ultra intéressant par rapport à la concurrence.

Kann man überhaupt nicht empfehlen vier Wochen umsonst auf ein Auspuff für eine Beverly 400 gewartet zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt so dass ich den Käuferschutz einschalten konnte kann nur sagen Finger weg von diesen Verkäufer in der Anzeige stand drinne Expressversand wusste aber nicht dass die einen Auspuff verkaufen den sie überhaupt nicht haben und der erst organisiert werden muss was dann wohl auch nicht klappt.🤮

I ordered a pair of Sidi MAG-1 boots from the EM MOTO website on 12 October 24. They were due to be shipped from Italy to the UK. I now don't believe they have any accurate stock information on their website.

I received an email from Riccardo on 14 Oct telling me they were "temporarily unavailable" without any further explanation or any sort of apologetic tone.

Oddly, I had to actually suggest myself that a refund be provided since he couldn't fulfil the order or provide a lead time.

My refund came through but it was less than the original purchase due to the new exchange rate. The are wasn't something they could control but, essentially, due to their poor stock holding I've lost nearly £20 in this whole endeavour. This is why I felt the need to review. What's outrageous is that the item and size is STILL available to buy online so another customer could have the same issue. I'm very annoyed at this company.

Side note: I see this is a family owned business but these guys are clearly not experts in customer service after reading the other reviews and company responses...WOW. Very rude.

Estaba indeciso a la hora de hacer el pedido porque las opiniones eran variadas y en mi caso compré un tubo de escape Mivv XM5 lo cual no es barato, pero al final resultó ser una opción más que acertada, sobretodo por el trato y el precio tan barato.

En mi caso, en la página oficial de Mivv el escape cuesta 830€ aquí lo encontré por 633€, me dijeron que tardaría 15 días en llegar y tardó 14 asi que genial.

Durante los 15 días les envié un mail con dudas el cual me contestaron al dia o dos y siempre me han mantenido al tanto de mi pedido.

No se porque tiene 3,3 estrellas en este momento pero mi experiencia ha sido muy gratificante.

PD: Buscando encontré una empresa en Colombia con el mismo nombre que quizá gente ha venido a quejarse sin darse cuenta que no es la misma tienda.

I ordered a Leo Vince exhaust from this company. Was a little concerned about some of the reviews saying things take a while. Was very pleasantly surprised when the exhaust turned up from Italy to New Zealand in less than 2 weeks. It was everything I hoped it would be at a great price. Thanks Team, great service.

Ordered a helmet and after that I went looking at the reviews and became a bit skeptical about them but 8 days later and the helmet arrived and the parcel can even be tracked so that's a plus!

Very satisfied to say the least.

I ordered an exhaust from this company. The product was fine it just didn’t fit my Ducati 1260s. Which the company knew my bike type prior to shipping it to me. Once received my mechanic told me that the part doesn’t fit my bike and he even commented that they may have sent the wrong part.

I reached out to the company and they responded a few days later and told me to wait until someone gets back to me. After multiple attempts to request support they finally responded with an answer a month later just to tell me that they cannot accept a refund request. I was prompt with my timing and the company waited until it was in there best interest to respond and deny me of an unused product that I instantly bought off of their recommendation!

I will never order from them again and will go back to ordering from Revzilla. So unprofessional, rude and untimely. I don’t see them lasting in business long. These practices I’ve seen many times and should have done more research before purchasing. So help yourself if you’re seeing this. IGNORE ALL 5 star reviews and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and regret your purchase. I cannot believe that I referred them so much business to my friends and followers and this is how they handle their customers.

Db killer commandé, sensé arriver sous 15 jours, 2 mois plus tard toujours rien.
Après plusieurs appels et relance mail on me répond que c'était les vacances, à la rigueur ok mais préciser le sur la date de réception.
2 Mois plus tard à part me faire raccrocher à la gueule et limite insulter en italien, j'attends un hypothétique remboursement.

Bonjour à tout les français et tout les autres sachez que j étais très méfiant par rapport au site que je ne connaissais pas du tout je chercher un casque SHOEI marquez introuvable en France j ai eu des échanges convaincants avants d acheter et j ai pu payer en 3 fois avec un site français de chez nous (Klarna) Et bien perfecto pour mes cousins les Italos reçu en moins d une semaine avec un suivie irréprochable facture qualité normes européennes tout est respecté je viens d acquérir un collector Motegi marquez a 1000 dollars n hésitez pas encore merci je suis trop content

I bought a helmet and an email came to me saying that 15 days would be delayed a month and a half passed and I never received information about the shipping number, and after I write to them they tell me that they were on vacation a month they never told me that when I made the purchase, and after sending several emails and then they say that they do not have the helmet and offered me another helmet... very annoying with this site AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR NOTHING.

I payed £300 for an Exhaust slip on from them on July 26th and was happy to wait the 15 days for processing as stated as I was in no rush.
17 days later and nothing so contacted via website to be told they are closing for the summer and was offered a refund however I caught the message late and had to wait.
Fast forward to 26th of August and still said Processing.. So contacted again and the ticket was opened and closed by them with no reply.
This happened 3 times in 3 days one of which asked for a refund to just be ignored.
Luckily I payed with paypal so requested a refund through them just for that to be ignored so Escalated it and I will be refunded 14th September..
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/SERVICE
This is an absolute joke of a company who will try and just take your money.
I wish I read the reviews before I bought anything.
I wish it was possible to give negative stars.

I ordered an Arrow exhaust from EM Moto. They are located in Italy. I found communication to be excellent. I believe the parts were not in stock and they ordered it from the manufacturer. I was informed of the status regularly. I was notified when they shipped to the USA. I was surprised at how fast I received the new Arrow exhaust. Less than a week in transit. I would definitely buy again. Outstanding customer service. Great Seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an exhaust 5 weeks ago still not received it, opened up a customer support ticket 4 times asking to cancel the order and refund the money and il shop elsewhere my only to get no reply back and they cancel my ticket request. Contacted credit card they are now reviewing this.
Do not purchases from these shop else where!

Kauf von Dainese Motoradhose Carve Master 3 (goretexhose) am 23.2.2024 um €336,58, sollte wasserdicht sein lt Beschreibung.
1. Lieferung dauerte sehr lange (und auch die Chats immer wochenlang.)
2. Erstes mal getragen Anfang April, (mehrere Tages Tour) am 2.Tag Regenwetter , und ich war am Ende des Tages im Schrittbereich völlig durchnässt. Wieder daheim habe ich bei em Moto reklamiert und wollte die Hose zurückschicken, die Zuständigkeit wurde zu Dainese und von denen wieder retour an den Verkäufer.Antwort erst nach mehreren Wochen erhalten. Habe dann auf meine Kosten die Hose an em Moto geschickt , von wo sie nach ca 1 Monat unverändert wieder zurückkam.
Gesamt dauerte es ca 3 Monate und ich habe immer noch eine undichte Gore tex Hose um viel Geld!
Ich bin natürlich sehr enttäuscht - aber auch Dainese hat mir nicht weiter geholfen obwohl jedes Schreiben auch an sie ging.

article commandé (le 3 juillet) et annulé dès le lendemain, aucune réponse du sav, près d'un mois plus tard, ils me disent qu'ils vont l'envoyer, je rappelle que j'ai annulé la commande, ils persistent et envoient quand même l'article... je demande le retour et là encore rien du sav ce 30 aout !!!
J'appelle çà de l'arnaque !!!
ils sont donc totalement en tort avec les règles du commerce à distance, je mets çà dans les mains d'un service de consommateurs

Catalogo immenso e prezzi competitivi. Sicuramente qualche mail in più scambiata con l'acquirente in fase di vendita/trattativa a mio parere farebbe loro guadagnare qualche cliente. Comunicazione essenziale, ma la 5 stella la do lo stesso, mi hanno cambiato il casco (taglia errata) senza nessuna storia ! Consigliati.
