In the span of 3 years, we're on our third Emma Mattress. After some time, they begin to dip and develop pits making the bed extremely uncomfortable. The first time I contacted Emma (2 years ago) they were surprisingly helpful. A new mattress was sent and my original one was collected. The second time, they wanted very specific photos of the mattress, which was a huge waste of time on my end as every photo I sent wasn't good enough. I was stripping the bedsheets on and off for weeks. They eventually accepted my complaint and sent me another "new" mattress. When I say new, the sticker on the side stated it has been in the box for 15 months! The condition the mattress is in, is nothing short of appalling. You can see a huge decline in quality in comparison to our first mattress. I contacted Emma support straight away, numerous times, with no reply. Meanwhile, the other mattress is taking up the entirety of my daughters room waiting to be collected which they will not even acknowledge. I've gone on to chat numerous times now also and all I get it "we've escalated your case, please wait 24-48 hours for a response". Needless to say it has exceeded that time frame 10 times over. I have never been so infuriated by the lack of customer service and basic human decency. Avoid at all costs!!

I am extremely disappointed with Emma Sleep Ireland and their handling of my recent order. I purchased a mattress on the 2nd of October and was initially given a delivery time frame of 5-6 weeks, with an expected delivery by late November. However, the delivery date was pushed back to the 28th of November without any clear explanation or prior communication.

Things only got worse. After hearing nothing from them, I had to chase their customer service team, which was unhelpful and dismissive. I was then informed that my delivery would be further delayed to between the 14th and 28th of January! This is completely unacceptable.

The excuse provided was the "demand of Black Friday," but this doesn’t justify delaying an order that was supposed to arrive well before Black Friday. Emma Sleep has clearly failed to prioritize existing customers and shows no regard for customer satisfaction. Not even an apology was offered for the inconvenience caused by their poor planning and lack of communication.

I strongly advise others to reconsider ordering from this company if you expect timely delivery or decent customer service.

I continue to receive absolutely diabolical service from their customer service team. Never respond directly to my queries, ignore my requests for additional info, and always in their emails that they are here to help yet they are the most hopeless and unhelpful customer service team I've ever experienced. SIMPLY PUT IF YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AND YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT, YOU ARE DOOMED AS YOU WILL NEVER RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHICH IS WHAT I'M EXPERIENCING NOW WITH THEM.

Worst Customer Service Ever – Avoid Emma Mattress India!

I recently spent over ₹22,000 on Emma products (mattress, bed protector, and pillows) and have had an awful experience with their customer service. After requesting a contact number change for the delivery address, they confirmed the update to (91-*****) via email. Yet, despite this, my order has been “out for delivery” for two days, and I just received an email saying the delivery failed – without anyone even calling the updated number!

What’s even worse is their response time. I reached out to them via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, and all I got was an automated response claiming they’re overwhelmed with orders and that I should expect a reply within a week – seriously?! For a company this large, this level of customer care is unacceptable.

I am beyond frustrated and would strongly advise against purchasing from Emma. I’m now considering filing a complaint and seeking a refund. Save yourself the trouble – look elsewhere for your mattress needs.

I agreed, Emma sleep mattress are totally fake website and looting money from us. Customer care number also belongs to Uganda. Once ordered, no response from them and no contact persons to contact.

Now that we are trying to cancel the order and get a refund they find all the different possible excuses.

Very terrible company. I have been waiting my order almost a month no solution. I have received an email saying it was delivered which has not. It is a fraud. Fake reviews stay away

WARNING!!! Emma is a total SCAM!!! Once you place your order, there is absolutely zero customer service. They will never answer their phone nor reply to emails, so the whole ‘100 night comfort guarantee’ is a load of rubbish because it’s literally impossible to contact them after purchase. They are so dodgy that there are multiple law suits pending against them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, IT IS 100% A SCAM COMPANY!!!

Placed order, mattress did not arrive as scheduled. Now need to order elsewhere as have someone staying. Advised by support that raw materials are difficult to get hold off and in essence they are overwhelmed with orders. My order overview stated that my mattress was still a work in progress so a cancellation sounded feasible. Not so, I have to wait for UPS to deliver and then get them to take it away again,‘I have asked repeatedly to have the order cancelled before it leaves wherever it is made. No joy. To compound things everything is done by email there is no one you can speak to directly and the direction of the conversation goes only one way, not mine. However, other support team are polite.

The hardest mattress I've ever tried. They agreed to refund me, but told me I had to find a charity myself and get the mattress there myself. A month later I am still waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this 'company'.

Do not buy from this company. I spend over £2k on a full bed and they can't even deliver the right mattress.

I ordered a Super King bed and they delivered a double mattress.

They have been impossible to get in touch with, I've sent two emails via the website and spoke to someone on Live Chat

I am currently sleeping on the floor, tonight will be the 5th night.

Original Emma Mattress...My mattress arrived within three days. It came in a box which I believe is standard but I thought if it fitted in a box it can't be much good. I didn't realise it came with a special blade to open the plastic packaging. It is best to put the mattress on top of the bed and open it there. Because the mattress is vacuum packed it initially looks tiny and you may get a fright as I did. However once the seal has broken the mattress pops up... don't do as I did. I opened the mattress on the floor as it was quite heavy and if you are on your own it's difficult to move. Once on the bed I tried it out. It's firm and fabulous. I love it.

Well we thought we would buy a new mattress and after some research we purchased an Emma mattress.

It was advertised as available for despatch in 1-3 days, it arrived 2 weeks later 🤦‍♂️

But the worst was yet to come, we un rapped and place it on the bed.
The smell from the mattress was unbearable, so much so we have taken it from the bed and placed it in our spare room because it has an appalling chemical smell.
Changed our bedding and sprayed everything with aftershave to try and hide the smell from the mattress.

It was not at all comfortable and is way too soft !

I have today filed for a return on the Emma website, the website asks you the reason for the return and lists various options, one option lists “smell” so clearly this is a problem !

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU HAVE NO SMELL AND
LIKE SOFT MATTRESSES !

Best mattress ever. My spine feels better, i sleep better and my partner loves it. Recommend it 100%

Scam company, stay as far away as possible

We ordered and paid for our bed/mattress in april 2022, delivery at the latest on the 1st of august. on august the 3rd We call them asking where the bed is, reply: your bed is late, will be delivered on the 9th (they told us not to worry, the delivery isn’t lost…) . we call them a few days later, there’s a logistical problem, delivery guaranteed by the 15th. A few days later, still no delivery, we receive an automated email telling us that our order was canceled and replaced by an entirely different product. We call Emma again, apparently there has been a system error and our new order will arrive in november. Keep in mind none of this information was sent by emma, we all ways had to ask them where the order was… zero transparency, zero communication. the sales contract is toilet paper to them, they will illegally change the product (with absolutely no garantee that it has the same value as the original product that was already paid for) and the delivery date on a whim without consulting or even informing the customer. I request a refund immediately, which should reach my account on the 15th of september. The 15th comes and goes, no refund. We call them, again, asking what is going on, and apparently they need proof of payment, for a bed they were supposed to deliver in august? which was paid for in april ? why did they not contact us requesting this information?

E-mails are completely ignored, the only way to move forward, inch by inch, is to call the customer service, who purposefully provides incomplete, false or misleading information.

Horrific company, terrible customer service, non existent communication, fraudulent practices. stay far away !

After some months of using the mattress, which was not very comfortable, I realised that the hip pain being suffered was as a result of using it. As the company refused my request for a return and refund, I lodged a section 75 complaint with the credit card company I used to purchase the mattress, based on non-adherence by the company to their T&Cs. I got a full refund. If you are trying to return a product to this company and have used a credit card in your purchase, do not simply accept their refusal for a return.

My husband brought this Mattress and stuck it for three months, his back aching all night, getting cramp from lying in the dip you had made, then he gave it to me 😩 Every hour I get up and walk around the bed to the other side, I have three damaged vertebrae and it’s agony.

I purchased an Emma mattress after visiting their website and reading 'customer' reviews.
The mattress is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I wake up aching all over.
I have emailed the company three times, I have not received any reply.
I was under the impression that the mattress could be returned if not satisfactory. I was happy to try a different one but their customer service appears to be non-existent.

My son wanted to buy me a new mattress so he tried to buy one. Card failed, although not for lack of funds. Ditto 4 other peoples cards and finally in desperation my Apple Pay still payment didn’t go through. Chatted with Joan and did everything she said. Wrote email days ago complaining and Nothing what an awful experience. From other peoples experience I’m not the only one.
