Not Happy
They took my order and but gave me a GPS Tracker and I wanted the Large square display Not a Tracker, and they said it would ONLY cost me with tax $113.00, Now they tell me a different price, So I have found a different company to order from so just STOP the order and put my money BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.I got the fast bike 82 Volts but now you are telling me it will cost MORE than they told me. I AM DONE,PUT MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.

very happy customer
the whole process was very east, emails were responded to in reasonable time, parts were easily available, reasonably priced. Aiden was great help. it took a little longer to arrive but I think that is normal as all my deliveries are delayed. over all I am very happy and more important is my son will be ecstatic that his bike will look new again. he absolutely loves his merona.

I got very good experience in EMMO…
I got very good experience in EMMO VAUGHAN, I have test ride and the staff Xavier provided me a detailed information on my experience. I like this store and the service.
The bike is very good, it is fully functional with taillights and headlights and even I can use the low beam and high beam. I love it very much.

I visited this electric bike shop…
I visited this electric bike shop recently and it was okay. The staff were friendly and let me test a couple of bikes, which was nice. Some of the bikes felt a bit expensive, but quality seemed decent. Overall, it was a decent place to check out.

Honestly
Delivery saw the bike damaged in the crate. I assume from having to decrate the bike to upgrade the battery.Chips out of the paint on the tank. Damaged pedal, fender speedometer etc. CS dept was great for rectifying the issues however for almost 5g cost, was let down it came in that state. Rating is based more on CS then the issues.

Service excellence
Doing your job and making the customer happy is what ive witnessed . I needed an adjustment on my front assembly and Tom and Aidan were there very quickly and courteous when they helped me. That was back in August. Just today I called to ask if i could get a new left grip and brake lever , had a bit of a scrape. They said too come there and they would help me out. I left there about 20 minutes later with my new parts on my Nomado, best bike ever !!!
