This was not an easy or obvious part to find, but she kept troubleshooting and searching for it with me on the line until it was located. Two prior representatives were unable to go the extra mile to ensure the correct part was ordered (which resulted in me receiving the wrong part ). I had just gone through a disappointing exchange with a "on line assistant" on a related website, so I was delighted that Kris was a live person able to immediately solve my issue.
