I purchased 2 puzzle books, which were not great quality.
But the biggest issue was that without my knowledge I was auto subscribed to a $13+ per week subscription for some sort of digital puzzles, that didn't even arrive. This appears to be deliberate because when reviewing my cart the subscription appears as a free digital puzzle, with no reference to an ongoing cost or subscription.
I would absolutely not recommend purchasing anything from this store.

I was automatically subscribed for auto ship on puzzle books without my concert or knowledge. They offered a “free” digital download puzzle with my purchase and unbeknownst to me, was opted in to an auto subscription. Additionally there were no email notifications that I was about to be charged for said items.

I will say, customer service responded back promptly, telling me how to unsubscribe. But I was then notified that the original puzzle book I ordered was auto subscribed and would be charged $20 for the next set of books. (Insert eyeroll). Ridiculous.

I am an early Christmas shopper and these are gifts so I don’t even know if they are good puzzle books!?! Smh

Do not recommend impulse buys from social media. We will see if they refund me and allow me to return it.

Fraud. They pretend they sell books, but they never deliver anything, plus they put a bogus subscription on your card and start trying to charge you weekly.

Not even their mail system works, their DNS is messed up.
