I liked the event but didn't like that…
I liked the event but didn't like that we were kept separate from the main event and not able to leave the marquee area.

Thanks for your review and it's great to hear you enjoyed our event. Your company purchased our ICON hospitality package which is held in a specific enclosure, which is similar across all hospitality options at Ascot.
If you have any further information about the day itself and are able to provide constructive feedback of our facility it would be great to understand the 3 star rating. If there are no other reasons it would be great to re-consider the rating you have given us, otherwise I hope to see you at an event with us in the near future.
Great team looking after us
we were given Keely as our point of contact, she was awesome at looking after us, keeping us informed and looking out for those of us with dietary requirements. She even came to tell us she was heading off on a break and when she'd return.

What a wonderful experience
Hosting staff were fabulous and really welcoming and attentive, but not imposing so perfect.
The setting was really well put together - very classy.
The food was incredible and amazing quality. Allergies well catered for.
Drinks fully inclusive and wide selection on offer
Excellent live entertainment.
Wonderful to be part of ascot but not have to contend with long toilet and bar queue’s and plenty of seating options inside and outside. Fully air conditioned also which was amazing in 30’c heat!
Would fully recommend to anyone thinking of using this company. Very professional and experienced service. 5*

This was by far the most memorable and magical day we’ve experienced at Ascot. Engage Hospitality left no stone unturned from the elegant champagne reception to impeccable table service, thrilling race views, live entertainment, and every thoughtful detail in between.
This marks our 8th event with Engage, and once again, they’ve exceeded our expectations. The consistency, care, and excellence they deliver at every event keeps us coming back. We’re already looking forward to many more unforgettable sporting experiences with you

our server, Alice, was magical. so nice, so pleasant and thoughtful. the tent was very hot. the food was just ok until you got to the tea service. best food of the day was the sausage roll! didn't love the lunch.
