Tried to book 2 adult and one child ticket. But had to book in two lots as it wouldn't let me combine the 3 tickets in one order. I had to ring the venue to see if they could place the two orders together. Otherwise my child would be on her own.

Went to the Everton Liverpool match yesterday courtesy of Seat Unique at the New Hill Dickinson Stadium. Totally underwhelming. We purchased hospitality tickets costing 3x £700 and ended up on Village Street. A venue that costs less than £300 on most other platforms. Completely ripped off. All we got was a choice between a bit of pizza and a sausage. For £2,000 !!!! Completely mugged. Never ever going to visit your platform again. Tom Sheeran

Booking was easy, a personalised response came quiickly ensuring I was happy. I wrote back as I am disabled and require facilities to be available. Swift reply confirming all ok and thanking me for telling them early.

I dislike the fact I cannot book 2 tickets in the same transaction. I needed to book 1 x adult and 1 x under 14 yet it is not possible for you to click on 2 tickets.

Booked Rick Astley at M&S Bank arena. Never before used this service but will be making it my first stop next time. Absolutely outstanding from the greeting at the door to welcome drinks. View from the box was 1st class

Four seats in hospitality ordered, only 3 tickets were sent so we had to go to reception at the racecourse to get it sorted out.

I had a problem accessing my tickets. I contacted Giorgia Del Fosco in Customer services who was most helpful in solving my problem, it was resolved very quickly too! So reassuring to be able to access "human" assistance when required.

Booking was very easy, much better than Saints own ticket app, season ticket holders that can’t purchase Wembley tickets in allocated window. Hopefully we shall have ticket information soon. Andy
